I was very pleased to get an appointment for a dry cut due to recovering from a very recent major operation. I was made to feel vey welcome and asked if I was comfortable throughout and pleased with my cut. However, when I came to pay right at the end I was told price £35 which I paid last time even though my hair hadn't been washed or any products used!! When I queried this I was advised the price had gone up again to £40 for a cut and blow dry but feel this was unfair given my situation and wasn't mentioned at all. I was expecting to pay only £25 for a dry cut and no products so very, very disappointed🙁🙁
