When I first started using Francesco, Weeping Cross, my hair was dark. I used to use a home dye kit to hide my grey. Steve was never pushy but kindly convinced me to go lighter, suggesting a lighter colour would be enhancing in my aging years. For over 50 years I had dark hair and was scared of the transition. But, I put my trust in Steve and gradually over the course of a few years, I am now Blonde and I love it. I get so many compliments from friends and family. All I can say is trust you're hairdressers judgement, it's nearly always correct. Thank you Steve you're the best. Thank you to all the staff who play a part in delivering excellent service for making my 6 weekly visit so pleasant.
