I felt pampered throughout my time spent in the salon today. All staff were friendly and professional. I had had had a consultation with Fran previously, so we just went over it first before she started colouring my hair. I was offered a hot chocolate drink, which I wasn't expecting, along with marshmallows and a biscuit. I felt valued as a customer, and pampered with the treatment I received. I visited the salon a week ago and went for a trim. I discussed a longer layer with the stylist as I have always had very long hair. The layers that were added were really blocky and when I styled it myself at home I could see this more. I called to visit again and get them softened, the receptionist was lovely and was more than happy to help. I went back again and I explained to the stylist that the layers were too harsh on one side so she said she could sort this. She kept cutting the front layer shorter and shorter. I said that it was getting too short and I didn’t want anymore off, I was told that thinning out the layer doesn’t make it shorter. I thought I was going to cry, so I asked her to stop and get someone else to help. The manager who came over was brilliant and was able to soften what was left, it made it look better but I’m now left will really short bangs and hair I can’t really style. I got home and sobbed, I’ve been going to Francesco salons for 20 years. I have never had a bad experience up until now. I really dislike my hair. I was offered a complementary haircut, but I just can’t go back.

My hairstylist Claire is fantastic! She cuts my hair with care rather than rushing through it. She always spends time with me making sure im happy with the end result.
