Took advantage of the scalp assessment with Sophie, had treatment, scalp massage, felt amazingly relaxed afterwards. Then Caroline worked her magic( as ever), and my hair looked fantastic. Lovely coffee before treatment and then smoothie afterwards. Bliss.❤️

Made an appointment at the last minute and managed to get one with Samuel. Went in for a cut and blow dry. Samuel sat me down and asked me ehat I would like and also advised me that he thought too. He asked me if I would like a toner on which would help my hair and add a shine. I hadn't had my hair cut for 8 months and was desperately needing it. I have never had such a good hair wash and scalp massage ever. He took his time cutting it and it's probably ghe best cut I have had. Will definitely be back. Thankyou.

First time at the salon and I was made to feel so welcome and looked after by all staff members. Nothing was ever too much trouble to request and I instantly felt very relaxed and zen as soon as I sat in the hair chair. Having had by hair coloured for 25 years, I have to say this was the worst experience. The stylist would not do what I asked colourwise and insisted they knew better despite my personal experience of my own hair. The stylist also refused to cut my hair as I wanted. It also took almost 6 hours whilst the stylist did other hair cuts while i waited with my hair turning white in the bleach.

I came into the salon to ask for help to fix a previous colour I was not happy.
I was kindly offered to come back the same day and met Samuel, who really listened as I shared with him what I didn’t like & what I hoped for.
He described, reassured & guided me, also using visuals as to what he could achieve; considering the colour/look I was hoping for.
End result I was super happy, Samuel made a fantastic transformation to my hair colour.
Not easy to find this & I will certainly go back for him.

Usually happier with the service but came home a bit disappointed. Asked for layers shorter in the front and longer in the back but got a blunt cut with two face framing pieces at the front and that’s it. Not really what I asked for.

Allaine recommended a Nioxene product for my thinning hair. Her persistence and thorough tutorial encouraged me to commit me to an 8 week programme. When she checked my scalp with her specialist equipment even I could see the excellent results on the screen. My hair growth has increased dramatically. I'm very pleased with the advice and my regular hairdresser, Lynsey. Thank you ladies.
