Not quite what my son wanted. A bit disappointed by it. Too short and not styled as he requested. Also hair was left wet, no styling or finish. Charged nearly 40 for something he’s really unhappy with and wasn’t styled dry so he could see what it might have looked like Don’t know the stylist. Won’t be back based on this service.

I love having my hair cut at Salon Francis. The cut is expert and all staff are very friendly and helpful. The salon is very well run and Gary’s advice is always spot on.

Pamela as my colourist and Caroline as my stylist are a dream team. They are both firsts class professionals at what they do and how they welcome me into the salon. I’ve been coming to them for over 20 years and their attention to my hair care has never faltered. They provide me with a consultation every time I visit before touching my hair - and I’ve never felt taken for granted in all this time. Thank you both and to everyone running the salon.

Attend last week for a colour, colour was beautiful but just not blonde enough, Elaine booked me back in with Lesley and added more foils, free of charge..the service is 100% attentive, from reception to stylist to junior stylists and not to mention Gary, the owner, he is always hitting you with some banter.. making time also to talk to all clients...all of the staff are warm and inviting.. and my hair, well its simply stunning if i may say so myself.. 10 out of 10.. amazing work guys

Visited today after going to another hairdresser to try and save money worst decision ever, don't do it had a total hair disaster and went to frances hunter straight after without a booked appointment and I was seen to straight away. Pamela sorted me out knew straight away my hair colour was wrong and knew how to fix it, don't cut corners when it comes to your hair you get what you pay for, delighted with end result and will be coming back to Pamela, also got the best head massage from one of the girls and a lovely latte. Great customer service and can see why they win soo many awards xx
