Thoroughly great experience. Everyone was welcoming and Leslie was really attentive. We discussed lots of ideas and Leslie explained everything clearly. Really pleased with outcome and re-booked in.

Gary has a personality that makes your visit and your day much better. He listens to his customer as to what they require and then does exactly as asked. That's why I go back regularly.

Exceptional service as usual, Lynn has managed to gradually lighten my hair from years of me dying it dark brown to make it look better than it has in years. Highly recommended!!

Leslie has been cutting my hair for years and she just gets better and better. Always listens to what I want and gives me a brilliant cut! Pamela does a fabulous colour so I leave feeling relaxed and ready to face the world again!

Great care taken over every aspect of my visit from discussion to specifics to cut and style to ensure I am happy with the result.
My daughter’s wedding is coming up and Lauren and her colleague Lynsey will be doing our hair on the day
Returning for colour and style again 2 weeks prior and anticipate a stunning outcome!

My hair is super shiny and soft. Love the cut but my bangs are a little blunt. Nice head massage but lady washing my hair was quite rough. Didn’t ask if the temperature of the water was right and was really pulling my hair when brushing it. Still planning on coming back to get colour done by Lauren!

I thought the service was absolutely amazing! I only walked in thinking I might get an appointment during the next weeks but I was squeezed in in 20min! How amazing! The reception service was excellent, so was Hannah who washed my hair, cut my ends, dried my hair and made them wavy. Hannah kept talking me through all she was doing and was very helpful with giving me advices. She also recommended hair products which I ended up buying. Very happy! Glad Hannah was my hairdresser :)

Hannah is an amazing stylist, she was very warm and welcoming. She really listened to what I wanted and offered her suggestions. I will certainly return and would most definitely recommend Hannah.

I'm not much keen on spending time on things i don't need but it's never a waste of that. Personal but not ott and Gary isn't scared to go ott with the colour. More to the point but my hair stays in shape whether Ive just let it dry naturally or not Love it

I love escaping here. The owners and staff are super friendly and create an awesome environment. Lyn is an exceptional hairdresser as are all of them. It’s a fun and lively environment never short of a tea, biscuits and great music! I also love who amazing they are with elderly customers. Would recommend to anyone and any age group!

I've been coming here since Frances herself used to cut my hair, so I've a track record. Whilst we all like to use the same stylist the mark of a professional outfit is whoever cuts your hair it should be done well. That's what you get here and that is the mark of professionalism

As always, Gary, a wonderful cut. But you have surpassed yourself this time. And thanks to the rest of the team for making me feel so welcome, as you always do.

Popped in yesterday to ask about an appointment and was so impressed by the young lady on reception who booked me in with Pamela I arrived for my appointment where Pamela took me through what I wanted, my expectations etc and came up with great suggestions She was perfectly realistic about the cut today perhaps not being exactly as I may have envisaged and explained this would be achieved over the next few appointments however she also caught on really quickly from our chat that I preferred low maintenance without me even having to specify this. Pamela really put me at ease All this said I walked out with a fantastic haircut and advice on maintenance that so so absolutely made my day The salon is stunningly pretty, a really beautiful space where I felt pampered and comfortable Everyone is so friendly you cannot help but relax and enjoy yourself

Receiving great advice and time to understand my options, I decided to get a few highlights to help tone down the brassiness and envigorate my natural colour. The outcome is fabulous and I can’t thank Caroline enough for taking so much time to deliberate with me. have already had loads of compliments and feel so confident with my new locks.

After going through chemotherapy treatment and my hair eventually growing back after 6yrs today was my 1st hair cut and I feel like a new woman thanks to Caroline ❤ she made me feel extra special and made me very comfortable , super glad I met this woman today, thanks again Caroline ?
