I have been a client of the lovely Caroline for over 30yrs (neither of us look a day over 21 😆). She listens, advises & you leave feeling like a million $$.
From the moment you step through the door until you leave, whether it's your first visit or you are a regular, you are greeted with a smile from everyone. Nothing is too much trouble and whoever your stylist is, you are in great hands.
I really look forward to each appointment as the whole process is so relaxing (a head massage is a must) & when you are offered something to drink, I highly recommend a hot chocolate!
Love the variety of products and so helpful when the benefits of them are explained for what is best for individual clients & how to get the best result at home.

Great haircut !! Not convinced about santa 🤣🤣🤣and when he re appeared with the remains of a white wig on his head I momentarily panicked ... I though jimmy Saville had risen from the dead .... all in all though a good experience 🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️

I have visited this salon previously and then moved out of the area. Tried more local stylists but never got the quality I was looking for. Now travel back and take MIL with me. Rachel is amazing! She listens, comes up with ideas and works with us both to give us what we both want. Quality counts here and they treat you like family which is best of all. Always a warm welcome, a tea or coffee if wanted and a smile throughout the visit. Have decided we are never moving out the area again just so we can keep going back. Thank you everyone!

I was late arriving. I was courteously telephoned when I was on my way to find out if I was all right. I was. I had misunderstood the time. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed and it felt like coming home. Oh and my hair looked wonderful at the end!

The stylist Lyn was amazing, I let her see a picture of to what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations. My colour was done by Rachel and again it was exactly what I wanted The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the service was top-notch. Five stars isn’t enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!

First visit here. Lovely atmosphere and well designed salon. All staff are really friendly and professional. I was really impressed with my colour and cut. The treatment also added to the overall experience. The people are what makes this salon a cut above the rest. Samuel, the stylist was clearly experienced and talented, the staff doing the treatments also were so friendly and considerate and the staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly. Overall a brilliant first visit. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, very happy with my haircut

Been getting my hair cut here since i was a child and always have an amazing time, the staff are always so accommodating and Caroline never fails to give me a haircut that makes me feel great about myself

Left the salon disappointed, dident get the colour I requested, toner left on my scalp too long which left my scalp red and sore, and also made me hair looking like I had no highlites a very dull colour, had to put more in which lifted the look, refused another toner as my scalp was hot and sore by then, paid £234 which I felt was a bit high considering the outcome, then was being charged for a cut which I dident have, girl at till very sullen when I told her , so not a good experience

This is the second time Frances Hunter has ‘done’ my 93 year old mother’s hair. My mother LOVES her hair and loves her experience in the salon. The team at the salon are so lovely and the skill in both the cutting and the perming has been fabulous. Can’t thank you enough.
