Usually happier with the service but came home a bit disappointed. Asked for layers shorter in the front and longer in the back but got a blunt cut with two face framing pieces at the front and that’s it. Not really what I asked for.

Allaine recommended a Nioxene product for my thinning hair. Her persistence and thorough tutorial encouraged me to commit me to an 8 week programme. When she checked my scalp with her specialist equipment even I could see the excellent results on the screen. My hair growth has increased dramatically. I'm very pleased with the advice and my regular hairdresser, Lynsey. Thank you ladies.

Rachel was so friendly and gave me great advice on my colour today. You’re always well looked after by the staff too with lots of offers of drinks and a mince pie. Love my hair colour and the waves Rachel added on blow drying are fab for Xmas. Would highly recommend.

Both Lynsey and Emma were absolutely amazing! I have long hair and usually dread haircuts, but they both made the experience a dream. The color and cut turned out gorgeous—beyond my expectations. I truly hope Santa brings them both something special this year! ❤️

Our trainee stylist chole done well as a trainee in barbering but could do with more practice to build up experience. But as she has not done many gents chole done well . Plus very attentive to both of us . I myself will be back in on dec16 to have Lynsey cutting my hair as just love my cuts by her Annie & Kaiden .

As usual my hair was cut perfectly. In addition this salon has strength in depth in its stylists. Whilst I tend to favour the same one I know there are at least another two who can do a quality job if my preferred time is not available. I always come away feeling I’m genuinely appreciated as a valued customer

Had my son’s hair cut this morning. I wasn’t really impressed by Chloe this morning. Loads of different long bits & could have been blended better. I took Kaiden to another barber after this to sort the problem as I already mentioned to chole.but didn’t seam to sort it . Plus I was £34.50 for 1 gift for myself which on the box says hair care essentials repair rrp £19.50 so why have I been charged by chole £34.50.

Looked after so well. Consulted and listened to. Given good advice to help my currently unruly and damaged hair. No hard sell for products -a range of recommendations given. Comfortable salon and oodles of coffee offered.

Walked in today with no appointment as i really needed my hair done for weekend. Was pleasantly welcomed and got seen to straight away. Very nice and friendly staff and i loved my hair colour.

Another fantastic experience, always feel welcome and greeted on a first name basis, staff very friendly and cannot compliment them enough, absolutely love the salon experience having my hair washed and good chat with Emma! Gary does absolute wonders to my hair and explains everything he is doing worth every penny!
