I came into the salon to ask for help to fix a previous colour I was not happy.
I was kindly offered to come back the same day and met Samuel, who really listened as I shared with him what I didn’t like & what I hoped for.
He described, reassured & guided me, also using visuals as to what he could achieve; considering the colour/look I was hoping for.
End result I was super happy, Samuel made a fantastic transformation to my hair colour.
Not easy to find this & I will certainly go back for him.

Usually happier with the service but came home a bit disappointed. Asked for layers shorter in the front and longer in the back but got a blunt cut with two face framing pieces at the front and that’s it. Not really what I asked for.

Allaine recommended a Nioxene product for my thinning hair. Her persistence and thorough tutorial encouraged me to commit me to an 8 week programme. When she checked my scalp with her specialist equipment even I could see the excellent results on the screen. My hair growth has increased dramatically. I'm very pleased with the advice and my regular hairdresser, Lynsey. Thank you ladies.
