Had my hair cut by Luke today. Very happy with the service I got from both him, and the girls in the salon. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Luke was very genuine, friendly and I am more than happy with my hair cut. Was a bit nervous as I was going quite a bit shorter but he did a great job and I love it.

The service was excellent as always, the staff are always happy and helpful and make you feel at home

Accidentally my hair appointment was cancelled by someone in the salon. This was a genuine error as the customer who had cancelled their appointment had a very similar name to mine. I was impressed by how Ruth went the extra mile to accommodate my hair appointment and stayed late to complete it, as well as the apology I received from the individual who'd cancelled the appointment.

Again I completely understand that these things happen and what made this more acceptable was the honest and professional service of those involved!

Lovely chap. Tried hard but left a terrible mess. Lots of product and effort went in but the hair style was awful. to the point where I took pictures and laughed with my friends. I also paid £63 for the experience . Such a shame as T&G on the whole are very good with good product that my girls use all the time . VERY disappointed

I attended the Stirling salon for a cut and blow dry today. As usual the staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the visit.
My wife and I have been constant customers since it opened a good number of years ago and we haven't had any complaints at all in that time. A very well run salon.
