Fitted me in just before lockdown, which was good because having to look at myself in zoom meetings was getting a bit off putting. Lovely cut, really pleased with it.

I love my cut and great service! However a reminder to be strictly safe. Last time I went COVID protocols were more strictly observed. No drinks offered, spacing between customers. This time was more relaxed, but uneccessarily so.

Richard was his usual pleasant, engaging self, whilst knowing when to advise/suugest/talk (or not). He has also started doing my son's hair, who struggles with these settings and he is starting to feel more comfortable visiting.

I felt right at home and relaxed AND came out with lovely hair too!

You get more than ‘just a hair cut’ at this salon. You are treated like you are the most important person in the salon and all the staff treat you with respect from the minute you walk through the door until the minute you leave. It’s my 6 weekly ‘me time treat’ that I look forward to ?

I had my hair cut by June today and she did an absolutely fantastic job. I have curly hair and she cut and styled it perfectly and took away a lot of the bulk which is what I wanted. Thank you June, and I will definitely be back.

Stuart was lovely and did an amazing job with my hair. I was pretty uncertain about what I wanted and he helped me choose something that I now adore! He was very apologetic about the salon being understaffed and managed to keep everything running smoothly whilst still providing great service. Would definitely want him to do my hair again!

Stuart u always make me so comfortable and be able to tell u what I want and give ur option aswell. He is really good and always trust what he does and not just him but all staff from washing my hair, feet up, massage in chair and just feeling so welcome!! Thank you team xxx

Enjoyed my cut and blowdry with June. She was really nice and took her time on my hair. She did what I asked for and gave me a lovely bouncy blowdry as well. Would recommend.

Stuart was friendly and chatty and did a great job of cutting and styling my hair. He also discussed other options I may want to try in future if I want something different.

I'm 62 and have just had the best haircut I've ever had...now that's some going !

Felt great walking out of the salon. Stuart styles my hair wee bit different for my wedding day & it looked great. The cut is sharp & I'm really pleased with it.

Richard listened to my needs and created a style which has lifted my look and mood. The backwash experience was very relaxing. Will definitely be back.

June was very friendly throughout the whole time. She listened to what I wanted to have done. I wasn't quite sure what length exactly I wanted to go for and having a discussion with June helped me decide what was best. The result is really nice. I ended up with a nice bob and my impression is that my hair just falls really nicely on all sides.

Great cut and service by June. Very talented, I had little hair fall into mask which I was worried would make me sneeze. She managed to wash and cut all while I was wearing a mask. I felt comfortable.

Only change would be a welcome when I entered or a sign to say what to do. It is awkward wanting to do the right thing but not knowing the protocol. I was left for a minute while reception was on phone. A sign would have helped me know what to do.

What a fabulous experience from start to finish. Luke, the manager, was really friendly and genuine. It really came across that they have a level of care for the customer that goes the extra mile (I was surprised to get this from a ‘franchise.’) Warm and inviting atmosphere. The salon was spotlessly clean, and service professional. Ruth did an absolutely outstanding cut and made sure to understand what I was looking for. Her attention to detail and modern technique meant I had the best cut I’ve ever had. Thanks again to an amazing team, I will be back soon!

This was the first time in 3 years I was getting my hair cut & I really wanted something different. Ruth listened to what I said & I honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better,I totally love what she done & I will certainly be a regular with her from now on,she's a credit to the salon
