For me this was the furthest I’d travelled in 4 months and the first place I’ve been bar a supermarket so I was feeling a bit apprehensive as to how it would be. I needn’t have. I was met with a calm, welcoming atmosphere everyone knew what they were doing and my experience almost felt like old times. (Excluding the plastic super hero cape :) ). I felt safe and relaxed. And most importantly I left feeling amazing - no roots a new luxury - well done Stirling

Very pleased to be back at Toni & Guy Stirling on opening day from lockdown. The salon looked great and Richard and staff had clearly made a massive effort to firstly ensure everyone was safe and adhering to the rules but still to feel welcome and comfortable as I usually do. The individual PPE kit for customers was great. It was a pleasure to be in and I’m very grateful for the haircut as well as a touch of normality from lockdown! Thank you

Lovely to be back in the salon, albeit a slightly different experience today. Lots of measures in place in terms of hygiene and keeping everyone safe. I was given a personal PPE pack with gown, disposable towels, face mask and disposable cup should I need some water. Screens in place at Reception, hairwash and cutting stations. If you are at all anxious about the prospect of venturing out for a haircut, you needn’t be if you visit this salon.

Pleased with my cut, as always - great to get rid of the lockdown frizz!

After a bad experience in another salon, I was feeling very nervous about getting my hair cut but Ruth was very understanding and put my mind at ease helping me to relax and enjoy my experience. Very happy with the treatment and time Ruth spent working on me tonight. Really appreciate it.

I always trust Richard to give a great cut no matter if I’m changing my style or keeping my existing style. He remembers my preferences too.

Roisin was fantastic as always so friendly and such a warm welcome. She has again let me leave feeling amazing and confident with such nice hair and a great treatment. Thank you!

Booked an appointment online with ***** and when I arrived I was given *****. This is the second time that this has happened and in both cases I was never informed that the stylist (and therefore price) had been changed. Had I known I would have cancelled the appointment. I asked to have half an inch taken off my hair and for the layers to be softened and I have left with at least two inches taken off and the front of my hair an inch shorter than the back which looks absolutely ridiculous. During the cut I felt like he was just chopping my hair randomly and in huge chunks. I definitely won’t be back

I love, love love Toni & Guy in Stirling. Luke, Richard and Molly are superstars. I’m always made to feel like I’m the only person in the salon with the special treatment and attention you get. It’s such a laid back attitude, and the coffee is fantastic! Always love my hair, great colour and fantastic cut. It may be a little expensive but is worth every penny. I can’t recommend highly enough and will be back in 8 weeks time. A special mention to Molly, she is a credit to the shop

I moved away several years ago but the fates conspired to bring me back to Richard’s salon. Even after all this time Richard knew what styles and cuts work for me. I’m supremely happy with my haircut and the service.

Great cut again. Feel relaxed now & trust Richard to give a good result- hair now shorter than it has ever been! Cannot believe I am ok with that as I fought against it for so long! Richard was patient - gradual shortening! Always checking out with me it was ok to go on. Really appreciate that and so does my hair!

Overall really great service and lovely staff. Had Luke doing the colour and he was able to give me the results I wanted despite me not being able to verbalize exactly what that was. Didnt catch the name of who cut and styled my hair (sorry) but I love the result.
Definitely worth the money and would recommend to everyone.
