I had been using a local barber for convenience, went back to Richard as I was never 100% happy with my local barbers job.....the difference in cut and style is incomparable! Thankfully Richard welcomed me back and I’ve got my next appointment already booked!

It had been years since I had been in a salon to have my hair done however I was put completely at ease. Richard was great and listened to what it was I was looking for and even said If I wanted more off my hair to pop back in free of charge. Overall very accommodating and a lovely experience, would recommend.

Luke is fantastic, couldn’t fault him what so ever. He’s transforming my hair from dark brunette to platinum blonde gradually using balayage. He’s super friendly and spot on with his knowledge.

I visited the salon 2 weeks ago for highlights and a trim. I was told that if I felt afterwards that I would have liked more highlights or a toner, I should let them know. I loved my new look, but thought it needed just a few more highlights on top.
So I returned today for Gemma to sort this out completely free of charge, with a great blow dry by Roisin. I've never experienced this at any other hairdressers.
My hair looks great, and everyone is so friendly. Can't wait for my next visit!

This was my first visit and it was very good experience. I will be rebooking and I think it will become my go to salon. Great welcome when you arrive and staff take time to listen to what you want and most importantly your aren’t rushed into a seat and back out again.

Leah was fantastic, great attention to detail, checked I was happy with the cut at every stage and I love the end result - will be back!

Great from start to finish. Friendly, relaxed yet attentive service from the welcome, to the wash, to the cut, style and farewell.
I felt at ease. The girl who washed my hair was so friendly and had a nice touch that made me feel relaxed.
June was fantastic. She understood what I wanted and was enthusiastic about my choice and explained what she would do to make it work best for me. We talked about previous styles I had sported over the years as she worked. We had a laugh and she is a lovely lady. She also had an effortlessly gorgeous hair do that I admired, which put me at ease - it's reassuring to like the look of your stylists hair!
The cut was excellent and June used some fab products that felt and smelled amazing. She didn't push any sales on me. I asked what they were and she happily explained ways I could use the products to achieve the style I was after - relaxed and "undone". I asked if I could buy them and she said they were on a special offer. Unfortunately one item was out of stock. The only downside to my visit! But I got the other anyway.
The experience was unhurried, yet efficient. I get bored at the salon normally.
June even complimented the colouring I had done at home (my construction worked husband highlights my hair for me, begrudgingly!). She was impressed and didn't push me into feeling that I should always go to a salon to have my colour done, as I've experienced elsewhere.
Overall, it was a great way to spend an hour. And to spend a very reasonable amount on a brilliant restyle and blow dry.

Very pleasant girl and told me what she was doing but unfortunately the sides of my hair are too short and not what I asked for. Other than the sides seems a good cut.

Been unhappy with my hairstyle for a while. They will fix it, that’s for sure!

As ever, I had an exceptional hair experience with Gemma. A lovely person who always delivers a superb haircut whilst making me laugh at the same time.

Booked my appointment last minute through your website, easy and quick to do. Leah was super professional and did an amazing job on with my cut and blow dry. She took the time to make sure it was done to a high standard and I didn't feel rushed (as I do often did at my old salon when they had clients booked in back to back). Service was worth well more than the price I paid. Very happy and will definitely be using Leah at Toni and Guy as my go-to in the future!

Excellent to find an experienced stylist who is able to give such good advice and guidance in such a respectful and friendly way. Had soo many compliments about the cut too!
