Had a lovely few hours in there this morning having a cut and colour. Very friendly atmosphere and all the tea/coffee it's possible to drink. I'm fairly clueless as to how to have my hair but Bethany always gives me excellent advice and I never have to worry about the end result.

Again the welcome and professionalism I received made the experience very relaxing.
It’s hugely important that the relationship between client and stylist is honest and helpful in the same tone to get best experience and service. The passion in which Alice performs her job is why I feel completely happy with the cut and have finally found someone who understands the difficulty in the multi factors of my hair. As always Bethany cut my hair perfectly with minimum fuss ad great hospitality. Very pleased as i left. Appointments always on time and plenty of giggles between us. Just how i like it.

As always , very happy , all the girls work hard and are always happy and accommodating , redz are very lucky to have such a fantastic team . Grace is amazing and always sorts out my Barnet , being nearly sixty and losing my hair she keeps as much of it as she can without making me look like a old boy trying to keep hold of his dodgy receding hair line , thanks and keep up the good work girls

So happy with my last appointment. Had a scalp exfoliation. Result was beyond my expectation. Itchy feeling gone. I have fine hair but was so full and shiny after the treatment. Thanks so much to Alice at Bungay Redz. Highly recommend.

Having had no experience of unisex salons for decades, I didn't really know what to expect. But I needn't have worried. The booking process was straightforward, and everyone was polite. Alice is a true expert, and I felt very relaxed and confident in her ability as she got to work on my now greying and receding hair! Yes it's not cheap, but if price is the main factor in determining where you have your hair cut, then you wouldn't be at such an establishment in the first place.
