Bethany knows what I want each time when I say ‘just a tidy up please’ or ‘quite a lot off this time please. She knows how to cut my hair and from the very first time I went to her I was very happy

I had an appointment today for a colour and cut; I never have the same 3 colours each time, and I wanted a bit of autumn pzazz, so chose a beautiful vibrant purple to lift the base colour and the lighter blonde. I was so pleased with the result, it looked great under the lights but once I’d got outside in the autumn sunshine it was really beautiful. Alice is great, she always takes my views into consideration, and tells me what can and what can’t be done. The cut was lovely, and the whole experience at Redz is just great. I am always made to feel so welcome, and that’s by everyone, not just my stylist. Always a treat!

Really pleased with the shorter style now that it’s cooler weather and wearing roll necks and scarves.

A very friendly welcome, great tasting coffee on arrival, hair professionally coloured, cut and put up. (Very pleased). Always friendly and as I've broken my arm at the shoulder, Bethany went out if her way to help me. I would recommend this salon to anyone. An excellent experience. Thank you.

Really pleased with my hair after years of having Ali cutting my hair I was made to change my stylist due to ill health on my hairdressers part. Being very nervous having someone new. But it was all good and was very pleased with the outcome.

Indi has done the most beautiful haircut and restyle for me, I have to say it's probably the best I've ever had! It was a big change from long hair to a bob sitting just above my shoulders, and I feel like a new person and it's taken years off, I'm over the moon! Indi took so much trouble finishing the style off with waves and it looked incredible. I walked out of the salon feeling amazing. She taught me how to do the waves myself too! I've had great compliments already. Very impressed and grateful, thanks so much Indi! 5* plus!!

Bethany was friendly, helpful and as I didn't really know what I wanted she was able to translate my "it's just a bit of a mess" into a plan and as a result I walked away with a great cut.

My short hair always bleached during the summer, so when I went for my appointment with Alice today ( 12 week cut and colour) my root colour had to go lighter. So I decided to go for a change, instead of red for my highlights, I found a really zingy purple, and between us we found a different blonde. I am so delighted with the result; Alice always gives good advice, but she’s willing to let me experiment as well, though I’m certain she’d advise me if I was going to decide on anything too outrageous!
It was a pleasure, as always, coming to the salon. I always look forward to my appointments, and am always delighted with the results.

My hair always looks perfect after Bethany has coloured, cut and blowdryed. Nothing is too much trouble. We always have a discussion on the colour to double check on what suits me. A great experience from arriving to leaving the salon.

My appointment with Alice today was for a cut and colour. I was a little late, but they were very understanding. The colour is absolutely gorgeous, and Alice must have magic scissors; I’m growing layers out, so there’s very little cutting, but she seems to achieve so much! Delighted with the result.
