Hair colour today. Emma had previously talked through with me expertly and informatively last week. Love the colour, condition and shine of my hair feels lovely, really happy. Booked for haircut in 6 weeks. Thank you!
This was the second time Emma has looked after me and my hair. She listened while I described what I wanted, made good suggestions and cut my layers well. Very happy with the finished result. Thanks.

am sadly very disappointed with my experience at the salon, my stylist who I started with early last year left and was given a phone call to say another stylist would be taking over. When I had my appointment I asked to my hair to be cut a shorter version of what I had and some layering, I got a bob hair cut, also the colours we had agreed on for the following weeks highlights were not in stock I was told they would order them and would be available to use a week later, halfway through my appointment I came to realise that I was having my hair bleached, not the grey blending that I was expecting and then while at the sink I was informed after they had completed what I thought was the toner was intact a bleach bath? Then toner, then wash, I’m not one to complain but I can safely say that I will not be returning to that salon. I’ve spent over £200 in a week and I have never been so disappointed with a hair salon

Booked an appointment with Toby who did me a brilliant cut last time around. Arrived for my appointment today to be told he was no longer there. They had “tried” to call me but couldn’t reach me. I got no call.
Turns out they had tried a number wrong by one digit although had managed to text me to confirm the appointment so I was confused.
Offered me another stylist (more expensive) or a junior (who did a rubbish cut).
They couldn’t have cared less.
