Sophie was really nice and really listened to what I wanted for my hair cut. Great head massage and she used great products, explaining what everything was. Nice atmosphere in the salon and Sophie checked in regularly to make sure the cut was right. Lovely curls put in at the end. Overall, great haircut, excellent value, and would recommend.

Sophie did an amazing job on Teyas hair, she donated approx 12” to The Little Princess Trust that makes wigs for children. Sophie was very meticulous and the out come was absolutely fantastic. We have rebooked to go back to Sophie on 6 weeks, would highly recommend Sophie.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way your salon has treated me. I have to book 6 wks in advance and you give me 10 days notice. You are cancelling my 8.30 am hair appointment on 11th June which is the day of the wedding. Upset is an understatement! Nowhere else can get me in at that time. So thanks!! I was a regular customer and now I will never come back or trust your salon again. So great I have to go to a wedding looking a sham and I will tell all the 200 guests why!

Great service and consultation, jade got what I wanted to a t and kept it simple but well executed. Head massage was also lovely! Only thing to change would have been some music and nice lighting/fragrance to lift the atmosphere

My previous stylist from JM Hair has left, so this was my first appointment with Jazz. She understood how I wanted my hair cut from my explanation, and asked questions from the start and during the cut to clarify the shape, length and finish, even what products I use at home. I'm delighted with how my hair looks, it's retained its shape after I've washed it at home, and I've been complimented on it. What more could I want? :)
