Booked last minute for the first time as my usual hairdressers were unavailable. What a brilliant service throughout, polite reception staff, wonderful head massage. I presented Dan with a picture of what I wanted, a complete new look and he delivered! It looked identical to the style I was after. You can tell he is very experienced, and a lovely man to chat to as well, which made the whole experience really great. Very pleased, they have gained a new customer as I will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately would not be returning after my first experience at this salon. Attitude from one of the hairdressers when going in for my patch test was not ideal. Although hairdresser that done my hair was lovely, I did not get what I asked for. Asked for balayage but come out with full brown hair dyed from the root after informing them I was growing out to my natural hair. Honestly very disappointed, wish I loved my new hair for £120.

Jade couldn’t have been more brilliant. Before she cut my hair she asked if I had photos, then proceeded to go in depth asking questions about the style and what I liked about the photo. When she cut my hair she checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was 100% happy.
When she dyed my hair, she went out of her way to ensure I would get the right colour and spent hours bleaching and dyeing it, all with a smile on her face! Jade was nothing but kind and welcoming, she made me feel so comfortable and even helped me out with how I wanted it dyed. I’ve had hairdressers tell me “it’s about what YOU want”, leaving me stuck and stumbling over trying to explain what I want, but when I asked Jade, she gave me her educated opinion and what she thought would look cool on me and she was 100% right! She was obviously excited to be doing my hair and has a clear passion for her job! Can’t wait to book with her again:)
