Although the cut was good, I really feel the experience and customer service was very lacking on this visit. Next to no conversation, or enthusiasm to engage with me, or my daughter, who was really excited about her haircut. I'm hoping with time and experience that this lady will realise that the customer service aspect of her job is equally as important as the cut.

It was my daughters first visit to a hair salon and she had been asking to have it cut short for a while so we had a little trip to John Michael. From the moment we walked in Emily made Paisley feel at ease, she put so much control in Paisley’s hands which really helped, asking whether she wanted her hair washed or not, checking she was 100% sure before chopping it off or whether she wanted spray at the end. Elosie was very attentive, we discussed the different colours and she explained what she will be doing. I was put at ease. When she came to wash the bleach off there was one little section that hadn't developed, so she reapplied the bleach, for the best overall result She did confirm the toner that she was going to apply incase I had changed my mind.

First time at your salon greeted by a lovely smile very professional lady who I new instantly see would listen on how I like my hair cut especially my fringe had a lovely head massage when washing my hair and I suffer with neck problems and Emma found a neck support to clip round the washing basin for me which made hair washing comfortable for me will definitely come again and thank you Emma very pleased with my haircut

Stylist technique whilst using the clippers was quite painful digging in to my neck quite roughly with the tongs of the clippers.
Had to request additional cut as length was longer than I'd asked for.
I was offered a cup of tea though.

I came into the hairdressers for a last minute appointment and thankfully there was a space at 5.15. I had a great cut from Jade and great conversation with Dan about music he even played one of my favourite songs just for me! It was a great experience and due to the friendly/professional nature of both stylists. I have booked to go back on Monday for a colour on my hair. They both helped me with the tone and the effect I was looking for!
