I came into the hairdressers for a last minute appointment and thankfully there was a space at 5.15. I had a great cut from Jade and great conversation with Dan about music he even played one of my favourite songs just for me! It was a great experience and due to the friendly/professional nature of both stylists. I have booked to go back on Monday for a colour on my hair. They both helped me with the tone and the effect I was looking for! Amazing service and I’m looking forward to going back on Monday nd hopefully along with getting a great colour hopefully I will be able to relax listening to my favourite music #bespoke service #looking after your customers #excellant customer service!

I have had the BEST experience at John Michael. I’ve had really bad past hair cutting experiences where I’ve had my long hair ‘accidentally’ cut into a bob, and many more awful experience and I was extremely nervous that I hadn’t had my hair cut in over 3 years. Dan welcomed me and we had a thorough consultation. He reassured me everything was going to be okay and ran through everything to ensure I was going to get to my end hair goal. We went through everything that was going to happen in the appointment and I felt really confident and excited for the end result. It’s safe to say, I feel so confident with my hair and so happy with my hair and Dan is 100% the only person I will ever trust with my hair. I even booked dinner for the family, just so I can show off my hair! Thank you so much Dan for helping me regain my confidence and love for hairdressers again!
