My 6 year old son is great like a price by Julie and her team. They slot him in why I should book well in advance.
The cut is always perfect. My partner has started using No 48 because of the quality service and treatment my son receives.

After a gruelling week at work it was pure luxury to have my hair cut by Beth. Just the way I like it.
Very friendly atmosphere and total regard for the client.

Amazing salon! Lovely atmosphere! I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as I walked in the door! Carla is a brilliant hairdresser. I had a colour, cut and straighten and she listened to exactly what I wanted and I was so pleased with the end result ?

After a consultation with Beth I felt confident she knew exactly what I wanted. When Beth have another option which worked out better and cheaper which was amazing.
Everyone seems so relaxed and friendly, I’m excited to have found myself a new hairdresser!

Just can’t fault this salon. My hair looks healthy after a protein treatment and the colour blended now has so much more depth/richness. I asked for suggestions and was met with helpful advice. I asked about products and never felt pressured to buy anything. Once you’ve had your color consultation you know you’re in good hands. It’s an easy and relaxing appointment - don’t think twice!

So my 5 yr old informed me that Caitlin was really cool and she really liked that she got to have Elsa plaits! Thank you Caitlin. And we both really loved the look of the salon. Everyone was super friendly. And most importantly Eva’s hair cut was great! Thank you!

Wow what a bunch of fabulous woman to be around! Not only did i have the most amazing hair cut, colour & style done by Caitlin last week that I went back today for a wash & blow dry, but they gave me an experience… to be around fabulous women who just laugh all day long was a real pleasure. Today was my first visit to this salon, but, lve already booked another appointment! The whole experience today was lovely. It's a wonderful, stylish environment, the staff without exception are all friendly. The atmosphere is upbeat and happy. Then, to top it all off, the stylists are extremely talented! Caitlin did a fabulous job on my hair, offering me helpful advice and tips! I love it! This place is a little gem, l definately recommend using them!

If you're reading this review wondering if you should try No48 then stop reading and book an appointment right now! You cannot go wrong. Infact you will kick yourself you didn't go sooner! Literally the best, loveliest hair salon in the whole of this world! And nope they didn't pay me to say that, they just gave me fabulous hair time and time again. I guarantee hands down I have NEVER been to a better salon!

I am quite nervous of people doing my hair (bad past experiences) but I trust Beth 100%. She is so talented & I’m always so happy with my hair. Would recommend her alllll day.

I absolutely love coming to No48! Abi has been colouring and cutting my hair for around the last 8 months and when I first came in I hated my hair. Abi has taken the time to get me to a colour and cut that I love. Everyone in the salon is fab and make you feel at home, I would absolutely recommend coming here

Fantastic hair by Julie. Good to find a stylist that you can trust with your hair. Friendly salon and the chat is always entertaining.

Beth was extremely attentive in her work. She was able to talk through what she was doing whilst holding a pleasant conversation throughout. Asking at the end of the cut and blow dry if all was satisfactory I told her it was, as usual, up to her high standard.

I’ve been coming here for years even though I don’t live in Suffolk anymore . This is because not only do they understand my ridiculous hair but also the service is second to none, the atmosphere makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in and everyone is so kind and friendly… as cliche as it sounds, it really is more than just a hairdressers :D

P.S I tell everyone when I have a haircut with Abi not only do I get a haircut I get a standup comedy show! Absolute Queen aha what more could you ask for ??
