No 48

So glad I gave this place a go - laidback, fun and unpretentious atmosphere with a super talented and friendly team who quickly make you feel relaxed and in safe hands. Loved my haircut - Abi judged what i needed perfectly. No hesitation in recommending - fantastic salon.

I rang No 48 we my hair dresser couldn’t fit me in and my hair had faded up to be ginger and I hated it. Beth fixed it and I left really happy, I love it! I will carry on having my hair done here, and it’s also great fun

My hairdresser basically said she couldn’t for me in for weeks and I rang No. 48 and they were great, got me in for a skin test and colour within a week of me calling. Beth and Caitlinnweee just great and also Abby! I have booked to go back

This was my first visit to No.48. I am so glad I have found this exceptional hair salon. From the moment I walked through the door everyone made me feel so welcome. Amazing Abi trimmed my long hair for me and gave me a wonderful curly blow dry. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I wasn’t rushed. Abi took time to listen and discuss what I wanted and needed to have done. Very talented and professional. I will definitely be returning and looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again !

This is the first time I’ve had my hair cut in a salon in two years and it was great. The salon had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and my stylist was very friendly and easy to talk to. I had a trim and my hair looks just as I wanted it to. I will definitely be going back.

I always see this salon not just as a place to cut my hair but a place where I can be myself. It is a proper haven and more than just a salon.

I visited No 48 with bad lockdown hair. Abi has worked her magic and transformed my haystack hair with beautiful multi-tone highlights, a great cut and bouncy beach waves. I love No 48, not only for the extremely high standard of hairdressing, but also the fun and relaxed atmosphere in the salon which is a therapy in itself. Now where’s my surfboard?

Beth did an insane job on my hair today - finally the colour blonde that I wanted so bright and creamy. Everything I wanted she did perfectly xx

My 4-year old daughter had a hair cut today with Julie. When we arrived my daughter was a bit shy but Julie made her feel very comfortable and her hair looked beautiful. She was amazing. We will definitely go back.

The salon is clean and has a friendly environment. All the girls are very kind and welcoming. I went to Julie for a full head of highlights and she did a superb job at lifting my jet black hair! I would recommend this salon to all my friends
