After 2 years of being fed up with my hair I finally booked in and had it sorted. Absolutely over the moon with it 🤩

This is the only hair dressers I will go to. Every single member of staff there is knowledgeable, very skilled and lovely. I have massive anxiety going to the hairdresser but I always feel at home there.

Caitlin was amazing. My hair is the best it has been in a long time. She talked me through everything she was doing and why. The salon is lovely and I felt welcomed by everyone. I cannot wait to go back.

The friendliest salon with the best cut in town. And nails too, now.

To going from a very warm multi tonal orange brown to a vibrant natural brunette with blonde balayage is pure magic and I have Caitlin at no.48 bury st edmunds to thank for that! She was kind, chatty and fun! My hair feels and looks amazing, it can’t get better than this…OBSESSED!!!

I’ve been to No.48 twice and had Caitlin twice. She’s the loveliest lady who knows hair like the back of her hand. Having curly hair I’ve never had someone who knows what to do, but when I see Caitlin she’s suggesting ideas I’d never thought of.

Caitlin is absolutely amazing! She is true hairdresser, always achieving your goal ( even if it's completely crazy one) but most importantly, without any harm to your hair , highly recommend!

Firstly the salon has a warm welcoming feel, with friendly staff and management.. I had a pre consultation with Caitlyn who advised on products but allowed me to purchase independently online without the hard sell. She advised on how to get my hair healthy and in a state of repair. Having had extensions in for the past 18 months my hair was damaged, dark underneath and grey where it hadn't been coloured for ages. Caitlyn advised on the best process and treatment and communicated her rationale throughout the appointment. The results are exceptional my hair was completely transformed from a damaged drab thin and dead mess to a shiny healthy looking creamy blonde. What a difference. The whole experience was fantastic! Highly recommended, excellent value and a personalised approach. Thank you

As usual Caitlin did an amazing job. Not only did she do a fab colour but she calmed my nerves whilst I had a huge change in style and cut. Sienna was also fab with washing my hair and making me tea. Definitely visiting again.
