I’ve been to No.48 twice and had Caitlin twice. She’s the loveliest lady who knows hair like the back of her hand. Having curly hair I’ve never had someone who knows what to do, but when I see Caitlin she’s suggesting ideas I’d never thought of.

Caitlin is absolutely amazing! She is true hairdresser, always achieving your goal ( even if it's completely crazy one) but most importantly, without any harm to your hair , highly recommend!

Firstly the salon has a warm welcoming feel, with friendly staff and management.. I had a pre consultation with Caitlyn who advised on products but allowed me to purchase independently online without the hard sell. She advised on how to get my hair healthy and in a state of repair. Having had extensions in for the past 18 months my hair was damaged, dark underneath and grey where it hadn't been coloured for ages. Caitlyn advised on the best process and treatment and communicated her rationale throughout the appointment. The results are exceptional my hair was completely transformed from a damaged drab thin and dead mess to a shiny healthy looking creamy blonde. What a difference. The whole experience was fantastic! Highly recommended, excellent value and a personalised approach. Thank you
