As usual Caitlin did an amazing job. Not only did she do a fab colour but she calmed my nerves whilst I had a huge change in style and cut. Sienna was also fab with washing my hair and making me tea. Definitely visiting again.

Having moved up from Kent I have attended no48 several times now. At first I was worried about using a new salon but I needn’t as I have had very good experiences and very knowledgeable staff would defo recommend

Had a half head balayage with Caitlin today and I cannot express how much she has brought me back to life. From dull mousy hair, I am now a low maintenance blonde and it’s amazing. She suggested everything I had during my consultation 1 weeks before and I am so glad I trusted her. Can’t wait to come back - the photos speak for themselves!

Everyone always says how lovely and natural my hair looks after coming here. No one can believe that I’m not a true blonde. The lovely ladies always make me laugh while there. Caitlin is wonderful and always listens to how I’d like my hair to look. When I first started coming here I’d had a really unpleasant experience where a hairdresser managed to dye my hair a colour I did not want it, so naturally I was extremely nervous. But all my fears have since left and I’m happy to leave the fate of my hair in Caitlin’s hands as it always looks lovely when I leave!:)
