Just had another really brill colour, cut and blow-dry appointment today at Toni & Guy, Bury St Edmunds, the colour being styled by Molly who is just absolutely fantastic with the alchemy of colour; she really knows her stuff. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my blonde hair which, thanks to Molly, I absolutely love. A big shout out to Grace too, who is so wonderful as well.
Only my second visit to the Bury salon, but was really impressed again. Helpful and friendly staff, cleanliness and socially distanced measures in place, great cut and beautiful colour, highly recommend.
Always get a great cut from Mason. Over this years lockdowns my hair grew but stayed in a good shape and looked good.
It’s more expensive than my friends cuts but worth it.

Sadly my colourist has left (second one) and my appointment was not with who I booked but I was grateful to get my hair done before Christmas. There’s a lot of changes in place and new management so only time will tell. My hair looked fantastic after the full head highlights and cut which is why I always go to T&G. I felt the service lacked the personal touch that I’m used to and everything seemed a bit rushed though I appreciate it’s a busy time of year. For some reason there was loud music playing - not something I’m used to at T&G as I go there to relax and this did not create the right atmosphere though I cannot fault the result of my hair. Always looks fantastic!
I had to have a different stylist as mine was off sick. However the lady I had was lovely and cut my hair well.The girl who washed my hair was great to.
As always very pleased with Zoe doing my hair.I always look forward to coming.

The salon is nice and light and very clean, very friendly staff and so helpfull, having fine hair the cut was just perfect for my hair which is not that easy to do, but always done with a lot of care.
I don’t understand the negative reviews on here at all and I am extremely fussy about my hair having moved to Norfolk from London. I have been going here for 3 years after appalling colour and cut from every hairdresser in Thetford - I travelled to London for a while to get what I wanted but then tried Toni and Guy and have always walked out smiling!!! Colour amazing (thank you Kathy and Lucy) and Zoe your cutting skills are second to none! You get what you pay for and Toni and Guy deliver excellence!
Two haircuts m and f. Done by owner Mason. Uneven work. Expensive but he didn’t listen to what we wanted and did what he liked. We worked it out at a pound per hair actually cut. Salon empty just before Christmas! We won’t be back. Not recommended.
From the moment I entered the salon, I received the warmest welcome from the receptionist and soon had a wonderful coffee with a couple of biscuits on the side too! The salon staff were very friendly and chatty and made my day even more special.
The young lady who shampooed and massaged my scalp started the relaxing process. Then came Matthew,the artistic director. To say I felt relaxed and very pampered is an understatement! And boy did he work wonders with my hair! I came in with two hairstyles undecided which I wanted. Being an artistic director he knew exactly what style suited my face and gave me a blend of the two. I looked and felt absolutely fantastic! I have never been to such a professionally run salon with a stylest that has a flair for his job as well as a passion that's as clear as the nose on his face. My hair looked the best it's ever looked and I certainly won't stay away too long! Loved every minute of my experience at Tony and Guys salon in Bury. It's fantastic,fabulous and very professional too. Ladies and gents you will love it there!
Went for a make over. The hair colour and highlights came out absolutely awful, all over the place. The cut wasn't any better either. Not even and chunks missing. Not impressed for the money you pay. Was looking forward to the make over. Certainly not what you should expect from a so called top hairdresser. Heard a young girl working there giving someone an in depth description of how her nipple piercing went. Disgusting.
