Emily and my nails have been on a journey. Starting from scratch to now having not only beautiful nails but healthy strong nails also. Salon 9 is aesthetically stunning, with the most welcoming, attentive, compassionate staff. Emily is an expert and what she does nothing is ever too much trouble and her ideas of nail designs are always on trend. Thankyou Emily, I look forward to seeing you every 3 weeks 💕💅

Lauren did a brilliant job with my daughter's incredibly curly hair, she was very reassuring to her and my daughter has asked to have her hair cut by Lauren next time.

2nd time having my nails by Emily, she's friendly, chatty, professional and her attention to detail doesn't go un noticed! The salon itself is warm, exceptionally clean and there isn't many places that offer you a glass of fizz while getting your nails done!

My Daughter is a regular customer of Hannah’s and very kindly gifted me an appointment with her to get some Christmas nails. Hannah was warm, friendly and chatty. It was like I had known her for years! My nails are great, the salon is beautiful, a real gem on the high street. I will definitely be back! Thank you Hannah! :)

Salon is beautiful, the girls are always so warm and welcoming greeting you with a smile as soon as you step in. Always go out of their way to make sure you’re ok and are happy with the service you are receiving. Honestly make you feel like you’re chatting with friends you’ve known your whole life!

Emily is always so welcoming and friendly. I had a previous bad experience somewhere else with an eyebrow Wax and Emily understands and listens exactly how I like them and I have been going to Emily ever since. I have also recently started getting gel nails done as well and they are amazing everytime and I look forward to getting my nails done.

Amani always does an amazing job on my hair. She listens to what I want and offers her professional insight, which is always invaluable. My hair always looks and feels amazing when she's done with it. And she was able to find a few spare minutes to curl my hair for a special occasion, even though I'd not managed to book an appointment in time. She went above and beyond and it was massively appreciated. She is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her talents and friendly service.

I’ve been going to Salon nine since I first turned 16 and have never had a bad experience! From as soon as you get into the salon being offered a drink to leaving the salon being wished a warm goodbye. My hair has always turned out amazing with my brilliant hairdresser always understanding what I want to achieve. Couldn’t recommend Salon Nine enough!!

I love coming to see Hannah. We always have a good chat and from the very first visit, Hannah made me feel like she had known me for years.

I have been having my nails done by Emily since the summer and they always look marvellous even though I'm not the most adventurous with the colour choice. Emily is easy to chat to, very attentive and is very good at what she does. She has shown me some of the nail art she has created and it is amazing.

This is my fourth time visiting salon 9 and can only give the best review possible. I've had a different stylist every time because of my own difficult availability but they have always fit me in and every stylist has been brilliant. I come to salon 9 for blonding/highlights and I've never been taken care of as well as I have here.
They listen to you and really do deliver in all aspects. I love my hair finally. Sweets and biscuits are a lovely touch especially when you are in there for a long colour service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks so much to you all.

I started getting my nails and lashes done by Hannah after a bad experience with another salon. Since then she has never let me down. Not only is she friendly, bubbly and quirky shes extremely good at what she does. I always receive compliments on my beauty treatments, so much so my family members visit the salon after seeing the results. She is a credit to Salon Nine and I can always trust her to make me feel amazing!

Always have the best experience when I go to Salon Nine! This time I wanted something different with my hair and Amani made it exactly how I wanted it and I’m obsessed! They are welcoming and constantly ask if you need anything like a drink etc. Such lovely service.

I brought my 80 year old Mum to the the salon for her first hair cut in quite a few years. I just want to say a massive thank you to Caitland for making it such a lovely experience for her, Caitland was so kind, supportive and caring. She took her time ensuring my mum had the best experience. I sat and watched and felt quite emotional as she transformed my Mum back to my Mum. The reaction from my Dad when we got home was so sweet he had a twinkle in his eye I had not seen for a long time. So a massive thank you to Caitland and Salon Nine. She will be back 💕

First time I’ve had a facial at salon nine and it definitely won’t be the last. Emily was so friendly and my facial was so relaxing. My skin felt so soft and was glowing. The products felt so nice and smelt amazing. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. Also the shoulder neck and head massage was so relaxing. I didn’t want it to end. Can’t wait for my next one.

I love this place , tastefully furnished , welcoming with a great atmosphere all the staff are polite and look happy , the place was buzzing yesterday and clearly deserves to be as busy as it was .

I had Emily do a facial for me. It was amazing!! My skin was so soft and I felt so relaxed I didn't want her to stop!! Definitely recommend her.

Honestly yesterday when I came in the salon is absolutely beautiful and so warm and comfortable to be in . I was seen by Hannah and not only did she help with my stick on lashes she done my eyebrows and they look amazing and I'm so thankful she is a lovely girl and very friendly and full of banter.

Saffron was amazing! I love my colour and great professional service from start to finish.
