Emily has done my nails amazingly, her attention to detail is outstanding and i throughly enjoyed my appointment. I love my nails and can’t wait for my next appointment and another set of fab nails

Very pleasant young lady. Lovely surroundings. She listened to what I wanted and gave me some advice. And on top of that I got a nice cup of coffee.

Had my toe nails and brows done and I had to unexpectedly bring my toddler but Emily was so good and patient whilst I had to deal with him. Also thank you to Hannah and her client for being so kind and making me feel comfortable with having to bring him and being a little unsettled. Thank you so much - i absolutely love my brows and toe nails x

Waxing is not known to be relaxing at all usually but Emily makes you feel tekaxed and comfortable by being friendly and chatting throughout and I would totally recommend her to anyone.

I fear that even if I lived more than an hour away, I would still travel to Salon Nine to get my hair done! You cannot beat the luxury 1 on 1 experience you get every time. The girls always make sure you’re topped up with a beverage, so friendly and welcoming. The appointment is 5 star not even considering the amazing result you are guaranteed from talented and well-seasoned stylists. My blonde is gorgeous and I will never want to go anywhere else!

Emily is always so professional and so welcoming, she always makes you feel comfortable during your treatment. My nails are in the best condition they have ever been. I always get so many compliments on my nails, since Emily has been doing them. She is so creative and always has so much patience and care when doing my nails. Would never go anywhere else, Emily is the best!

When I first came in January for my nail appointment, I was very apphesive to change from acrylics.
I was unsure as I knew they would be so brittle and short after having the acrylics off.
The first appointment I just had the biab on and wow they grew a lot.
Yesterday, I had my nails reshaped and some colours added as well.
Wow I am over the moon with them and highly recommend people, to start the biab journey!
I am so pleased I did listen to Lauren, who kept telling me to change from acrylics.
It is a pleasure to come into the salon everyone is so warm and welcoming!

Saffron is always kind and chatty. She listens to what i want done, advising along the way. Then she delivers a great hair cut every time.

She was so friendly and after showing her what I’d like she gave her honest opinion on what would work for me and she got it spot on! Already looking forward to booking my next appointment.

Rebecca absolutely perfected my hair for my wedding, originally there was no space on Monday (day of wedding) to get my hair done and my step mum was going to do it but was just way to tight to have her actually do it so went to Rebecca to let me know off any cancellations and she was so lovely and offered to come in early and do my hair for me! Made it such a stress free day and got many compliments on my hair! Will recommend her to everyone I know!

I was a bit nervous about getting my hair done in a new place however I am really glad I did, I love the atmosphere of Salon Nine, it’s a beautiful place and well decorated. I felt extremely comfortable with Saffron (i’m a shy and anxious person), she asked me loads of questions about what I want and how I wanted it to look, she always asked me if I would like another drink which made the experience feel better than other salons. I was really glad with how it all turned out. I cannot thank Saffron enough for what she did.

I’ve had my hair coloured and styled by Saff a few times now and every time I leave absolutely over the moon with my hair. Saffron has helped me turn my hair healthy and the growth is just amazing! Saffron is so friendly and we always have a laugh I always have the best experience and I can’t wait for my next appointment!
