Adele has been absolutely amazing. Not only does she make me feel so comfortable but she is friendly and extremely good at what she does. Would not go anywhere else for laser hair removal and I have had results that I could have never imagined! Highly recommend. Emma is so lovely. Made me feel completely comfortable with quite a scary treatment. She talked me through every step was really informative, reassuring and made me feel totally at ease, the test treatment went so smoothly and successfully. This was only a patch test anmd was not even a full minute of laser and the difference in the tattoo is already incredible, it’s completely lifted a lot of the colour and black lines, I was amazed. cannot wait for my next appointment. I thoroughly recommend Emma and her team.

I was after some advice and found the website very easy to use. I could book an appointment online and was quickly offered one the following day. Communication throughout was excellent. Emma is lovely; warm, welcoming and understanding. She gave honest and professional advice. The salon/treatment room has a calm ambience and is to a very high standard of cleanliness and decor. I highly rate everything about this experience and would not hesitate to return or to recommend to others.

Adele lets me know any information I need to know and she checks in with me through the treatment to make sure I am ok adjusting the settings if needed. Currently undergoing laser hair removal with Adele and laser tattoo removal with Emma. Both very friendly, professional and knowledgable. They talk you through everything in detail and help put you at ease, literally couldn't fault anything at all.
