Chardonnay has been great on my first and second visit. She spends time getting to know exactly what you are wanting. Always explains what she is doing. Very attentative.

I ‘m sorry I did not get the stylists name. I only came in for a trim and was greeted with a friendly welcome. I didn’t have a booked appointment and was kindly ‘fitted in’. I was pleased with my trim and found the stylist very easy to talk to. She also listened to what I asked for. All the staff were polite and friendly.
Came in on the off chance of getting a walk in appointment and Kaci was amazing made my hair look and feel fantastic. I'll definitely be back

Chardonnay is a credit to the team at John Michael Ipswich.
She spent time explaining all the options of the ways we could style the cut and articulately and concisely described how the final cut would look which was executed perfectly.
Whilst talking to her during the cut, her passion for her work was clear and obvious which made my time in the chair an enjoyable experience.
This all contributed to a friendly and welcoming environment as well as the clean and tidy, well presented salon.

Nice cut but I have never had to style my own hair I paid £45 for just a small bits of my hair didn’t get the style right I had to do it myself even though I showed her a picture of what I wanted
