I am so hard to please when it comes to my hair & always feel nervous when at the hairdressers. Today was my first time with Sam , what an amazing person she is & what a great experience I had today. The appointment was good, but a bit expensive. I had been told over the phone it would be £45 and they charged me £52, which I didn’t dispute as I didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable. As I got home after the appointment I realised there were bits of hair longer than the rest, where it should’ve been a straight haircut so these hairs look out of place. So I paid £52 for a not very neat haircut - which seems excessive. The stylist was really nice though! And I felt welcome, just the final result wasn’t as good as expected.
