I was able to walk in and ask if a haircut was possible. Friendly staff and said yes with a smile. I forgot the ladies name but as I am now with my boat at Ipswich Haven on a long term I will be using this premise on a regular basis.

The appointment was good, but a bit expensive. I had been told over the phone it would be £45 and they charged me £52, which I didn’t dispute as I didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable. As I got home after the appointment I realised there were bits of hair longer than the rest, where it should’ve been a straight haircut so these hairs look out of place. So I paid £52 for a not very neat haircut - which seems excessive. The stylist was really nice though! And I felt welcome, just the final result wasn’t as good as expected.
