Emily was brilliant. I've been growing out a full head of DIY colour for 10 months. There's more grey hair now than I can be bothered to dye every 5 mins and wanted pause and consider my options, but was in real need of a cut. Emily took the time to listen and incorporate into the design. She did a great cut and restyle which was sympathic to the state of my hair colour, helping to blend in the dye, grey and regrowth. She gave some great future colour-work advice too.

Absolutely loved the cut I was given, it feels like I got what I truly asked for which hasnt happened to me in quite a while at a hair dressers! Very happy and will return for sure.

Been visiting this salon for many years & have been having my hair done by one of the apprentices (sorry complete forgot her name) always find staff friendly, cheerful & welcoming. Visits are always enjoyable & I leave pleased with my colour which i have redone every 7 weeks.

I had a complete restyle from long past the shoulder length to a jaw length Bob.
Lyndsey was lovely and asked lots of questions to understand exactly what I wanted.

Lyndsay is a brilliant stylist - I’ve been seeing her for years and recently brought my partner’s children along. She put them at their ease, made sure they were happy every step of the way, and made it an exciting and enjoyable experience for them. She’s like that with adults too!

I’ve never found a hairdresser better - and the atmosphere in the salon is calming and peaceful.

Absolutely fantastic treatment today. Was made to feel very comfortable throughout and all staff were polite and amenable. Rachel was very knowledgeable and made me felt at ease throughout. Would highly recommend the salon.

I always love visiting

I came in today with a completely block colour feeling old ,tied with dull hair and left feeling as if someone had listened to what i wanted. 10 out of 10. I I'm a new customer and have aready made my next booking.

This is the first time I have used this salon I really liked the atmosphere very calming and all the hairdressers in there are friendly and polite you get a coffee which is a bonus I had a very good hair cut (sorry I can’t remember her name) the price was reasonable too I do recommend this salon you get a really good feel factor in there she was very informative on the questions I asked on products for my hair ie shampoos and conditioners overall experience was excellent

Emily absolutely understood how I wanted my highlights and the outcome couldn’t have been more perfect - rich, warm and ideal for the transition from winter to spring. Worth travelling to Ipswich for as couldn’t get an appointment with her in Bury.

I had a lovely experience.well looked after. My hair was cut beautifully. And is now in good condition. I probably would have liked a little more rose colour in my hair. But that's not a complaint. Well pleased .

In past few months I have been growing my hair under supervision of Lyndsay. Today I had my perm/new hairdo and am truly happy and lost for words on how good the perm has turned out and my hair looks awesome ?

She is so nice and so patient especially with my 9 year old fidgety chatter box daughter.
The cut and extra special treatment went along way with Hannah as in curling her hair for her!

Atmosphere of the place was spot on as always, staff are always friendly and cheerful. It’s always clean and a nice temperature in the salon even during this heatwave. I had Elle Louise, from the Bury store, she was really helpful and answered all my questions about your colour services so I finally booked in for my first colour treatment in two months time.
I was disappointed to find during hair wash, that the Olaplex treatment I had booked in for was now the Wellaplex and the salon had changed products. I would have appreciated being told this during the booking not during the appointment.
I asked if this would affect results and was told it was the equivalent but by Wella. Sadly, I can confirm there is definitely a difference, my hair is not as shiny or as deep conditioned as my past two olaplex treatments with yourselves. It is 3 days on and my hair has not remained that ‘salon finish’ the way it did before.
The blow dry was done really well, she even gave me tips and showed me which hair mask to buy, which I purchased.
I was unhappy with the result of the GHD waves and wish I had just kept the blow dry, the hairdresser clearly felt rushed as the next customer was there, so as a result the waves were not shiny & they dropped a couple of hours later.

Lyndsay was fantastic as always. She did hair totally beautiful. I loved all my time at salon from the moment I arrived. ?

I’m not a fan of having my hair cut, but I took a few photos in with me and lyndsay cut it just how I wanted it
