Everything about The Alchemist Hair & Beauty is utter perfection. Everything from the products used to the way you’re treated is considered and conscious. After Michelle has worked her magic I always leave feeling fabulous, and my hair looking, feeling, and smelling stunning.

Everyone is so welcoming and provides a first class, friendly service. Michelle really listens to what I’d like and using her expertise, delivers every time. She is easy to talk to and just makes the whole experience wonderful.

Feel like I am being hugged when I walk through the door! It has such a welcoming atmosphere from the look, sound and of course the fantastic staff. Everyone has a friendly inviting smile. Definitely my 5 star recommendation

I’ve been seeing Danielle for nearly 10 years and she works with me to understand how I like my hair. We always have a good chat and I feel comfortable in the salon, it’s well designed and welcoming.

Danielle saw my teenage daughter for the first time and she was thrilled with the result. I’m always very happy with my haircuts from Danielle and all the staff are lovely. The Alchemist is the nicest salon I’ve ever been too and they also do great coffee!

My Friday evening appointment to get my roots done was great. I felt calm, relaxed and glamorous by the time I left. My hair was left feeling silky soft following my colour and treatment. I left the salon with a spring in my step, both relaxed & ready to start my weekend. Great job Michelle.

i really enjoyed my experience. i was supposed to go the day earlier but my stylist got ill, so they offered a free treatment along with a cut and styling. i got a style i had never gotten before so i wasn’t too sure how to start. but i was given many ideas how to proceed and enjoyed my whole experience.

I had a gloss treatment and a wash cut and style and was really pleased as always. The treatment was adapted to my preference and the cut was excellent as usual. Highly recommend the salon and Isabelle is a great stylist.

I love this salon, not just because Michelle is brilliant and a hairdresser who I trust completely. The salon itself is beautiful and a clean, calm environment. I am not particularly concerned about using a salon which is cruelty free in terms of products but it is still a benefit. Michelle is knowledgeable, experienced and easy to talk to. I had a completely new hairstyle today which I love! Thank you Michelle ? x

I've never enjoyed going to the hairdresser's, and it's been over 15 months since my last visit. My previous hairdresser had a career change so I've spent a long time researching alternative salons.

I found The Alchemist online, read their reviews, and made an appointment.

Danielle was very welcoming and listened to me.
I love that the products are vegan too.
Danielle made some recommendations to me but wasn't up selling me at all.
