TONI&GUY Ipswich has a well-established team with Christine as an original member. Working hard to ensure all our clients get the best possible service, the salon manager Sarah has been with TONI&GUY since 2003 working closly with the Franchisees Charlotte and Dean Spearing.

The staff’s loyalty and local knowledge comes shining through with many of the team holding the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and trained in both Cut and Colour services.

I love my haircut, but including a wash and blow-dry I was only there 15 minutes....£47 feels like a VERY expensive 15 minutes!!!!! (I didn't even get offered a coffee this time!!)

Wow a hairdresser who understood everything I wanted and did exactly that! Not easy when I'm rubbish at explaining things in non-technical terms ? Terri was lovely and I felt very at ease and had a great rapport with her which made for a nice afternoon at the hairdressers! Loved the haircut and will definitely be going back to see her and the T&G team in Ipswich. Thank you guys!!!

Brilliant. The girls got me proper laughing after a pretty rubbish week - and the haircut was great too. Sophie really took the time to give me a great haircut even though she could have basically just trimmed it and moved on. They even give you a flipping hot towel at the end of the cut. Fancy.

Toni and guy Ipswich fitted me in at very short notice. I had Sophie cut my hair this morning and she was lovely. She understood exactly what I wanted from my description, so happy with my haircut.
She was also fantastic with my newborn, giving me time to feed him and making sure I didn't feel any pressure. Will definitely be visiting again so long as I'm in the area. Really great service!

I've had my hair done three times there now and each time I have loved the result. I was always asked what I wanted done, not told what to have done. The first trip there I went from yellow long hair to lovely blond short hair. The salon is very clean and decorated lovely. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

I've been coming to this salon for years. Love the staff, competent with hairdressing skills and good at making suitable recommendations
The lock on the toilet door was broken today and there were no clean hand towels, bit disappointing but that aside happy with my visit

So happy with the service, excellent coffee! and staff extremely friendly and attentive. Wonderful head massage. I wanted a full head of blonde highlights on already dyed dark brown hair but Terri did it perfectly and knew exactly what to do to ensure I didn't end up with brassy yellow hair. Absolutely happy with the result.

Good haircut. My first time there. Cost was astronomical -i queried it twice with receptionist and reluctantly paid. Examined receipt later and discovered I'd been charged for highlights also, when I'd only had a wash/cut. Phoned for refund but phone was diverted to Colchester branch as Ips receptionist at lunch. Call back from Ips twice and much reading out of card numbers over the phone. Twice couldn't refund me as the supervisor card not working. Had to drive back into town and pay for parking again to get my refund of £72. Not impressed.
