Here at Toni&Guy Newmarket we pride ourselves on a friendly and professional service throughout your salon experience.
We opened the salon in the town centre in 2005 making it easily accessible to clients living in the town and surrounding areas.
Our strong team of passionate stylists and technicians have been working hard in the industry for over a decade. During this time they have gained recognition within the company and provide a service that reflects this.
At Toni&Guy Newmarket we have a strong work ethic and comfortable salon feel which will give clients exceptional results and a relaxed experience.
All of our team are willing to help and advise be it with new colour, styling or find the right product to help you recreate your salon style.

I had a really nice relaxing time , I was greeted with a lovley smile from the receptionist Chantelle who made me feel very welcome and kept me topped up on coffee, Chloe coloured my hair beautifully and Georgia cut and styled my hair perfectly .

Not an ideal cut

I am not happy with my cut as it's a lot shorter than I wanted. Only when she had cut all the way around did she ask If the length was OK. I specifically asked for some long bits but it's got hardly any variation.

The service I received was great. I wanted to cut my hair really short, and my hair was really long but Georgia did an amazing job at cutting my hair. I was very happy with the result and will come back whenever I need my hair cut again.

Had an amazing colour with Chloe today. As always she’s absolutely brilliant as are the rest of the team. I had 3 of the trainees during the process too to wash/tone/blow dry my hair and all were excellent.

Saw Faith yesterday - lovely as always - very cheerful and efficient- friendly and welcoming- also remembers everything we’ve chatted about before and what I like and don’t like with my hair - hair was great- only gave four stars for atmosphere as salon not as buzzy or busy as it used to be

I went in for a wash and cut and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Vicky really listened to exactly what I wanted and consistently checked with me if I was happy with the way my hair was being cut. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair again! Love love love all the hair technicians they make you feel very at home and comfortable.

I have been a customer for a few years now and with regret i am thinking about looking elsewhere.. Since the departure of Helen.. Harriot etc the service given has dropped . The skill of your old employees is missed . I require full grooming not just a quick short back and sides.

I’ve visited this salon 3 times now.
First time was okay, ***** managed to achieve the colour I wanted, but terrible blow dry.
Second visit I asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulders, but she cut it 2 inches above my shoulders, (she claimed the reason it looked shorter was that she had curled my hair under, complete rubbish!! It was poker straight), and when I got home I found long hairs that she had missed. The worst hair cut I have ever received!! I only returned a third time to get my coloured for Christmas and the service was sub standard at best. Another terrible blow dry.
I have visited various Toni & Guy salons and this one was by far the worst.
There are so many reasons why I would not return to this salon, too many to list but the main reason is terrible service and the worst hair cut/blow dry I’ve ever had.
Would never recommend.
