Friendly efficient salon

Electrolysis is alway going to involve some pain but with advice from Mandy at my first session, this session was far less painful.

I've been going to Mandy for 29 years now for various treatments, electrolysis, waxing, facials etc. No need to say much else other than, the current premises Mandy & Vicky occupy is a truly lovely relaxing place to receive treatment in... if you've never visited before you are in for a treat!

I have been with Many and Vicki at the salon for a few years and have received a variety of treatments. One of my all time favourites is a luxury facial 90 minutes of bliss. Not only do you get the best products so you know it’s working but it’s doubled with the best neck massage. The ladies are always getting the latest knowledge from new product launches and training. So no two facials are the same. Love it xx

Mandy is a calm and gentle person. She explained the electrolysis procedure in detail. That all helped to get me to relax. She was very gentle with the treatment as well. We developed a good rapport. Even so, I found the repeated, sudden intensity of discomfort challenging, so my kind and helpful senior practice nurse at my GP's is organising a regular supply of Emsla (local anaesthetic gel) for me.
Who know, I might even get to enjoy Electrolysis!

Lovely new premises with very spacious rooms, which were surprisingly quiet considering the salon is on the High Street. Overall a very calm and luxurious atmosphere to enjoy a perfect pedicure and eye lash treatment. Will definitely be visiting again.

I am not a frequent user of beauty salons as I can find the experience intimidating. However all of the staff here are naturally welcoming and inclusive. I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow shaping and both were painless with a really pleasing end result.

Everything was explained in detail. Excellent service and accommodating.
