Made the appointment at 8.00am as time is very limited at weekends. Was made to wait at least 25 minutes from having hair washed after foils removed to then having hair cut, as another customer was having their hair cut. Totally unacceptable. When I got home, I then looked at my hair to find the lowlights that I had done, the underside of my hair still had regrowth from previous highlights still showing. Extremely disappointing and although a further appointment has been made to return in July, depending on action from this feedback, will make my mind up on whether to teturn. The only positive was the actual cut, otherwise not a very nice experience.
