Very friendly and welcoming, it’s always a please to go there. Some days, I'm not always one for chatting and other days I like having a conversation - either way, they are courteous and intuitive about what I feel like so it’s nice to not have to worry about coming across as rude on days I just want to pop my earbud in and they are great to talk to on days I am up for it :). I always get a great cut and finish, the colourings are spot on and I just recently had my hair straightened, very pleased with the results.
