Last minute appointment.
Andy was polite & friendly as usual.
Salon was clean, tidy & relaxing with a back massage if required (I always take the opportunity)
Great coffee & magazines if required.
I chose a rough dry for quickness so didn't experience the full works this time but left the salon feeling much better than when I went in with a great colour as usual

Had my hair washed and blow dried by Tara she amazing so bubbly , hair always looks amazing she so understanding where I went through bad time with my hair coming out she boost my confidence up , I’m so pleased have Tara doing my hair

My daughter’s first salon experience and Tara was amazing! She was super friendly and gave an amazing cut and style - we’re so happy with the finished look.
The Salon setting is modern and stylish and the florals were great for selfies :)

So pleased to have found Saks : Andy really knows about gentle colour application that doesn’t leave your hair feeling worse than when you came in! Now in my 50s have to be careful to link colour to complexion but still have a haircut that is stylish. Thank you Andy!!

Warm friendly reception - Nick is the best stylist that I have ever had - I travel 18 miles a week to have my hair done by him. He advises me on style/ condition and cut - I completely trust his judgement and her many compliments following my visit.
