Saw Louise today with a hair nightmare! After another hairdresser from a different salon had put the wrong colour on; my hair had turned a patchy purple/blue colour. Louise was friendly and put me right at ease! So happy with the colour correction and finish today! She created an ombré dark roots into lilac ends. Thanks for much! I will definately be going back!

Staff very friendly and helpful

After a terrible experience in another salon over 6mths ago and being a frazzled working mum, Laura was my day of sunshine. She listened and explained her recommendation for colour. Made sure I was completely happy and got to work. Result was a fab colour and style. I left feeling amazing. My restyle is so easy to manage as the cut is perfect. The salon was nicely quiet so got to relax too. Booked my next appoint already.

Caroline took one look at the photo I showed her and interpreted it beautifully with my hair . I was absolutely thrilled with it and felt a million dollars

Lovely blow dry - came out with silky hair - Amber gives you lots of information on new products and is very helpful ! Listens when I say what products work well on my hair and makes suggestions about products that complement what I already use!

Amber was fantastic as always, my 9 year old daughter always enjoys getting her hair cut at Charlie Brown, Amber is so friendly and makes my daughter feel at ease, and she loved her “smooth, shiny hair”!
