Michaela cut my hair very well with a restyle in mind so it will take a few months to get the new style but she started it. She wasn’t feeling great today so I wish her much better soon.

I can't remember the girl who did my hair but she was blonde and very young. Really lovely girl, thank you. The hair wash and head massage was amazing .

Asked to keep my boys long curly locks, but trim the front so it doesn’t get in the eye. The hair was cut so short that they are not ‘locks’ anymore. And the front bit still gets in the eye!

Had a great experience at Charlie Brown, from start to finish, first visit and will definitely be returning. Abi was great checking often that I was happy with what she was doing and offering suggestions. My 86 year old mum had been in recently too for a perm and style and Abi and the rest of the staff were so good to her when she thought she’d lost her bank card and started to panic, they really looked after her and nothing was too much trouble, thank you so much.

Have been unhappy with the colour of my hair for a long time now, it was very dull so I went into Charlie Brown and spoke with Abi. We talked through the different options and Abi obviously put in a lot of thought and consideration of what could be done for me. I went back today and must say I’m absolutely delighted with the result. I feel much brighter. I love the cut and my blow dry too. Abi listened to me and did everything I asked. Very happy.

Such a lovely experience for my kids. Booked the child’s cut for both and they received such excellent service. They loved getting a hot chocolate with marshmallows and having their hair washed and blow dried. My 7 year old even got her hair styled curly which she thought was amazing! They felt really grown up and pampered and not ridiculously expensive. Will definitely be visiting again.
