Michaela was great today - was happy to discuss my options, listened to feedback and did a really good job that I’m very happy with, thank you!

I’ve been coming to this salon for 2 years and I’ve always had really good experiences with the therapists here. Lately I’ve been having my highlights and cut with Michaela and I’ve been so impressed. She is clearly a naturally talented hairdresser - she colours my hair as well, if not better, than stylists I’ve had in other salons who have had far more years experience. She also gives a great cut and always an excellent finish. My hair is very fine and not all stylists have the knack of making it look good but Michaela always does and she always gives really useful advice about products too. I’m really pleased to have found her!

I have been going to Charlie Brown for a few years and every time I go excellent service the whole team r just lovely and friendly, always pleased with my hair.

Really happy with the price, service, my cut and colour. I think her name was Michaela, apologies, was lovely too.

Had not been to a hairdresser since just before Lockdown. Michaela made me feel comfortable. She advised and helped me with the style. Felt pampered.

I had a fabulous cut and blow dry with Michaela, came out with bouncy and healthy looking hair! She listened to my requests carefully and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted.

My hair was done by Issy with Abi supervising. She was lovely as usual and did a really nice job especially as she is still training, thank you Issy!

Tabitha, although a trainee under the supervision of Clive, gave me an excellent cut and dry in a friendly and professional environment. It takes a bit longer to be done which is understandable as model haircuts are by trainees but if you're not in a hurry it is a relaxing and economical hair do.

Holly always takes time to ensure client’s views on how they want hair to look after cutting. She is an excellent stylist and knows how to manage my fine hair. The cut looks good too until my next appointment in 8 weeks.

Really like my hair done by savanah today she took time and interest in me and my hair asking was I alright all the time. Professional all the way all the staff are nice and help each other out well.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and got exactly what I wanted. The products they used on my hair felt amazing and smelt lovely! Was also very easy to book online too.
