I was pleased with my first visit to this salon. I found Ellen very helpful in listening to me and explaining what she was doing. I was pleased with the cut too.

Ora is a one of a kind salon to work for, not only for the amazing staff that work along side me but for our amazing manager Lisa that keeps this vision that Ora represents alive on a daily basis. But most importantly we wouldn’t be able to achieve this greatness without our most wonderful, loyal guests that support and visit us, new or old, We appreciate every single one of you. As a team together we strive for the best to provide to our guests in very shape or form, from the moment you walk though the door to when you leave. Amazing! Made my 3 year old daughter feel at ease and super occupied while having her hair cut and blow dried, she felt like a big girl, staff were friendly and attentive!

Amazing experience at Ora in terms of hair advice, hair cut and the most relaxing hair wash and scalp massage. Also the fact the saloon is leading the way in sustainability is an added reason to choose ORA.

Absolutely love by hair! Lucy took the time to really listen to what I wanted and discuss what would work with my hair. She explained what she was doing the whole time and showed me how to style my hair at home.
All the staff were friendly and for the first time I felt fully relaxed in this lovely salon- I’m usually really nervous about having my hair done but I would definitely come here again!

On the spur of the moment I managed to get a standby appointment this afternoon at Ora for a cut & blowdry with the wonderful Millie.
As always it's been an amazing experience from start to finish, this being my fifth visit since Ora opened. I walked out today looking, (and feeling) ten years younger. A relaxed vibe from the whole team who are friendly & genuine and totally professional. Millie totally got what I was hoping for and I am so pleased with my new look that I've booked to go back for a colour in a couple of weeks.

Millie was extremely welcoming, she really listened to my requests and I am really happy with my hair cut and bendy blow dry. This is my first visit and I will most certainly be back for a full head of highlights now that she has tested me for skin allergies.

Today I had the most relaxing experience in Ora salon. The salon is beautiful and the treatment fantastic. I felt that Lucy's knowledge and care was the best I have ever recieved in a hair salon.
Was definitely a 1st and I have had my hair done in well known hair dressers.
I love my cut and had a treatment that has left my hair in soft condition.

Whilst Millie is a fab stylist I am concerned over the huge jump in cost each time I book with no explanation. In May I paid £131 today I paid £170 didn't have a blow dry as I was pushed for time. How can it have increased by £40? If prices are to be increased customers should be told beforehand.

Sophie couldn't have been more thoughtful and caring that I was clear about what she was going to do and that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit to the salon. She is a real professional and my hair always looks really great and so natural ( the way I like it) once she's worked her magic.

I am delighted with my hair cut and colour today. All staff very friendly and professional. Thanks so much to Lucy for her patience as it was a necessarily long appointment. Love the ethos, recycled towels etc and organic products. First time going into a salon and not smelling chemicals. My hair feels soft and nourished and I am looking forward to my next service.

I don’t often enjoy getting my hair cut but Sophie and all the staff at Ora hair made the experience a really relaxing and enjoyable one. Sophie was more than happy to discuss options for the cut and was the perfect balance of chatty, while also leaving me to relax and read a magazine at times as well. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut and will definitely come back again.
