I have had a cut and colour with Lucy and am very pleased with both. The salon is lovely clean bright and airy and everyone is very friendly.
I absolutely LOVE the natural organic environmentally friendly products and applaud Ora for taking the time to research this much better for customers, staff and the environment. Other little touches are lovely it feels like giving customers a nice experience has really been thought through I was very impressed.

Millie cut my hair and Sophie coloured it. I have to say it’s the best cut and colour I’ve had in years! (Previously a Rush customer but moved house so tried a local salon) The staff are very friendly and they really listen to what you want and offer advice so you can achieve that. I have dried my bob for the first time tonight and it just fell into place with no effort from me at all! The colour is amazing too. I have had abob for years so not a new style for me but the easiest by far to blow dry. As they say, it’s all in the cut. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend this salon!

Really enjoyed my experience at Ora, the girls are all so lovely and can’t do enough for you. I have a problem with a sensitive scalp and substantial greys now which prove to be a challenge. Sophie who did my highlights yesterday was amazing, did a fantastic job of blending through the colour. Look forward to my next visit.

This is now my 4th visit to see Sophie. I can honestly say that I feel so relaxed sitting in her chair, always a challenge for a hairdresser scrutinising another artists work. I just don’t need to with Sophie, she is talented, she is thoughtful and caring and a master at what she does. Thank you again for another amazing cut xx

Millie was friendly, fun and welcoming, listened to what I wanted, understood the challenges of curly hair and gave me a great haircut that I’m really happy with. The head massage was an extra bonus. Highly recommend!!

I cannot express how much I love my hair everytime i visit Ora. Sophie does an amazing job and takes her time which makes you feel so relaxed. I would highly recommend to anyone! 5 hours work is always worth it

Lovely experience from the moment you enter to the time you leave. I wasn’t sure about the blonde around my face in particular, Lucy was very understanding and looked after me straight away by suggesting a refresh first thing on Monday morning to suit me as I had to go and pick up my daughter from school. It has taken me several hairdressers since my last hairdresser passed with cancer. I thought I’d lost the joy of visiting a hairdressers. Then there was Ora. For me it’s all in the cut. I’m hopeless with hair. It’s wash etc. then rough dry. It always keeps it’s shape and style. Miracle. You’ll never know how good you make me feel. Thank you.

Really lovely hairdresser - smashing hair can’t fault it - however had a discount code and was told over phone it was £17 to pay as full price usually £27 but when I paid was told £27 as full price was £37 - I was only expecting to pay £17 and feel a bit conned

I understand that you had been informed that your service could be either £27 for a wash and Finish or £37 for a long hair wash and finish. I can see in the past, albeit a long time ago, you had previously paid for a long hair wash and finish as you have extremely long hair. This service is a longer appointment which is reflected in the price. Therefore you should have paid £27 with your offer code. I will make sure that one of the management team contact you to check this was charged correctly and to see if we can assist you further.

My third visit to see Sophie and it just gets better each time, if that’s even possible. My colour is the best it’s ever been. As I hairdresser myself I’m quite particular and on edge when getting my hair done but I’m so relaxed and at ease from the moment I walk through the doortothe moment Sophie sees me out. Her hairdressing skills are exceptional, her knowledge is amazing and her friendly and upbeat persona is so welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this salon and stylist more. Highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Sophie. She is very attentive, listens carefully and comes up with solutions to any problems. I am very happy with the service. I was even offered a croissant yesterday morning which was so thoughtful! The salon is very clean and there is a happy atmosphere.

Where do I begin? I have been looking for a good haircut for some time now, then I found Ora Hair and Millie in particular, best consultation I’ve ever had. Her cutting is second to none. Couldn’t be happier. She really knows her stuff! Great hair wash and massage from Casey - overall a totally relaxing experience. Going to have a ‘Washroom hair spa experience’ with friends soon. Don’t hesitate go and treat yourself to not just a fabulous haircut, but a relaxing time. Better than a spa day and cheaper!!
