Dear Amanda Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. All feedback is essential for the team to grow. Unfortunately we have tried on numerous occasions to invite you back to the salon, so that we could see what you were unhappy with. As documented in our complaints policy on our website. We would need a client to return to the salon within 7 days, so that we can see your hair and to rectify, if for any reason they are not happy. We would be unable to rectify any complaint via email, especially as you said on many occasions that you were not receiving them. I am very saddened to feel that you felt the need to leave the team such a low review, when they went above and beyond to try and resolve this for you, by telephone, email and inviting you in to the salon at your convenience.
