Millie cut my daughter’s hair this evening - she took lots of time to check what my daughter wanted and talked her through everything in detail. She suggested ways to look after her hair, products that would help and showed her how best to dry it. Millie was absolutely lovely and my 16 year old daughter was really delighted with her haircut.

I was thoroughly pampered even had 2 head massages. I was delighted about my high lights and cut. Thoroughly recommend this salon

Millie was excellent, changed my hair from dark to honey blond, trying to make it less high maintenance as I'm very very grey.
First visit, I found it quite expensive but the oway colour was amazing and Millie was patient, kind and listened.
I'm a little disappointed that there are a few patches missed by my temples, which is visible if hair up and at the back.
I really do not wish to criticise as it was an epic task Millie had and overall the outcome is great. It is just a shame I have some patches which are grey and noticeable to me.

The salon fitted me in at short notice & Millie blow dried my hair just the way I like it.

Millie's cut and coloured my hair three times now and I've been delighted with the service and results each time. She's created a style that works so well with the way my hair falls, which means it's really easy to dry to a great finish. Communication throughout lockdown and in the run up to reopening has been outstanding too. Highly recommend.

What can I say that hasn’t been said before? I love, love, love my hair. After stupidly attempting to grow it I’m finally back to my usual self. I’m so pleased with my new hair cut. Millie was so friendly and quickly put me at ease as I was a little nervous having lost a lot of hair recently and becoming very fed up with my hair texture and having no style. Millie was very helpful. The products she used smelled gorgeous and my hair actually feels like proper hair for a change instead of fried and brittle. So nice to have found a salon that listens and wants the best for your hair.

Lucy produces a stylish cut and finish which is easy to maintain at home and keeps its shape until my next cut or beyond. Always listens carefully to what I’m looking to achieve and translates it into a cut that suits my needs.

Casey is always so ready to tweak my colour to ring the changes. Dead chuffed with the result, as always.

An amazing experience had at Ora .... from the minute you walk in the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable .The standard of hairdressing is very high and customer communication is fantastic . Always having a one to one consultation before they start . The hair wash and head massage is awesome and you also are offered a chair massage during your hair wash . Chloe did my cit and she was delightful, listened to everything i asked for and i was more than happy with final finish ... very happy .I would like to thank all the staff at Ora for always being so lovely . x
