I had a wonderful facial with Angelica. She listened really carefully in my pre facial consultation and so the facial really matched my needs. I felt fabulous afterwards and my skin is so much better since. Thank you!

Literally had THE best aromatherapy massage today with Maddie. Lots of little extra touches: choosing my own candle fragrance and a delicious cup of Mint&Jasmine tea completed this relaxing experience. Maddie is so great at her job with such a pleasant friendly manner. I have already booked my next massage with her! Such a professional but warm welcoming salon x

Cloud 9 kindly arranged for my mum and I to have our pedicures in the same room for her birthday treat.
The ladies who treated us did a great job and made us feel very relaxed. The lady on reception was rather abrupt and made us feel rather uncomfortable when we asked her if the nail varnish was still included as part of the package. We weren’t to know and felt her answer was much too brisk.

This was my first visit to Cloud Nine and it was a pleasure from beginning to end. The salon is exquisitely beautiful, but the prices are very reasonable. Maddie was my therapist and I had the best and most relaxing pedicure of my life (and I’ve had a few!) I will certainly be returning to the well named Cloud Nine.

I had my nails done today ahead of my holiday and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole experience was very relaxing! I appreciated the use of face masks too :)
