Emma always gives a consistently great service and is always happy and professional. I come to the salon all the time-I love it.

Karen did a superb job doing my make-up for a family event. She knew exactly the right colours and I received lots of compliments.

I go to Time regularly for my hair and beauty needs and the new beauty therapist Karen, along with the new range of treatments from Germaine de Cappucini are just brilliant. Honestly I can't recommend them enough. All the staff are lovely and welcoming, and I've just walked out of there on Cloud 9 after a Time Expert facial. Love it.

I can highly recommend the team here. My hair was a pre-lockdown disaster and I applied to be one of their training models. I had a cut and blow dry last night and the result is amazing. The whole experience was great - from hygiene to the cut itself.
Great attention to detail, and what I really liked is that the trainer was lovely to her trainee. Guiding and helpful and always friendly. I’ve been in salons before where the trainees are treated like the lowest of the low and just given orders and told what they’re doing wrong. Not so here.
And the trainees (I won’t mention names) were great - one doing hair washing and one on the actual cut. My hair was a real challenge and I wouldn’t have blamed her if she’d run a mile. But she persevered and the result is like a professional stylist had done it. They deserve to do really well in their courses.

Karen the most fantastic therapist made this facial such a wonderfully relaxing treatment. My skin felt really soft and glowing afterwards. This was my second facial and I could really feel and see the difference. The salon is really lovely, welcoming and the staff make you feel like your amongst friends. I’m booking my next treatment!

I was lucky enough to get one of the facial deals. I’ve only had the first one but amazing. The products smelt lovely and the treatment was lush. I even increased my treatment and had a hair treatment. Lovely.
After my facial I even got ID’ed, I don’t remember the last time that happened and getting close to 40 this made my day! Thank you

Love coming to the salon, Emma's brilliant at cutting my graduated bob and knows how my fringe sits with the two "Cows licks" When I came back after lockdown Emma restyled and coloured my hair, on this visit Emma made my style shorter & its perfect. Went to the salon for my first haircut since lockdown. Social distancing and safety measures put in throughout the salon ensuring I felt safe throughout my whole visit. Hand sanitizer on arrival smelt lovely. As always kind and friendly staff and a lovely cut and colour.

Great to be back today! Thanks to Jodie for the lovely cut and highlights. No more need for hair in plaits or bunches as feels lush! Salon felt really safe and professional and had incorporated the Covid safety recommendations very well. Thanks to the whole team at Time.

Went from shoulder length hair to short and really love it. Jodie is great and changed it until i was happy so tried a few diff ways/looks. Colour also came out great considering i have a lot of red tones in my hair!

Jodie was excellent, professional and cut my hair perfectly, I love the colour and really felt as though she took the time to understand what i wanted. What a lovely safe experience I had when I had my haircut yesterday,it was lovely to be back.

I was so happy to see the staff at Time after the lockdown, went today and had the best experience, as always. Great salon, great staff and great cut with intricate colour treatment. Spotless and doing their best to safely socially distance, so impressed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First cut since lockdown and feeling a million dollars!!! Kate and her team ALWAYS make you feel like a VIP and it was a fabulous visit as usual!!! So happy with my hair after my appointment yesterday. Colour & cut is just what I wanted. It was lovely to be back at Time & I felt completely safe with the new Covid restrictions. I even bought the loveliest hand sanitiser with essential oils from the new skincare range. Smells lovely & moisturises your hands aswell!

Everything had been thought through, planned and communicated effectively and it was a calm and enjoyable salon experience. I think the branded face shields for staff were a good idea and I loved the smell of the London branded anti bacterial gel so much I bought one!

I was so looking forward to getting my hair coloured & cut after months of quarantine and Kat did not disappoint. My hair colour is amazing and I feel refreshed again! Also great positive atmosphere considering we’re all having to keep our distance. And they’ve done a great job at ensuring they keep to the Covid rules whilst pampering you. So happy!

Just took advantage of the buy one get one free offer on treatments and had a brow tint and shape with the new beautician Karen,a lovely friendly lady and very experienced, the salon and staff are warm and welcoming ,I have booked to go back in 4 weeks and received 10% off for doing so!

Really lovely salon, staff were friendly and looked after me , expert wash and chat , Katherine cut my hair exactly as I asked and gave me some ideas. Left feeling really happy with cut and maintenance and will be returning in 8 weeks ! Thank you

I have had a lot of different experiences in hair salon either in the UK or France and i have to say this is the best salon i have ever been. The staff are highly skilled and also really caring and attentive. The service exceeds all my expectations. I have recommended Time to friends and they have been equally happy with the results.
