Nicki was great, was pretty apprehensive having had bad experiences in the past at other hairdressers, but with a wedding at the weekend, really wanted something special. Nicki spent time having a chat to see what I wanted, and I left it in her hands, she seemed to know what Iook I wanted, and wasn't disappointed, I had a colour and had it styled, definitely restored my faith, and will definitely return. Nicki is definitely a go to hairdresser,

Enjoyable experience

Nicki did an amazing job of making me feel like me again! Despite me being late due to awful traffic she didn't rush and I left the salon feeling a million dollars. The only thing I didn't think about was the fact that I had one of the last appointments of the day so had no plans to show off my amazing new hair!
I was a bit confused about why the same services with the same stylist was £5 cheaper at the Purley salon, (that's why only 4 stars for value) But I'm guessing it's because maybe rent is more in Caterham? Anyway I had a great experience and Nicki really made me feel at ease. There were no forced conversations or akward silences it was just a nice relaxed 2.5 hours for half head of highlights and a cut and blow dry. Thank you Nicki! I'll see you again at some point in the summer.

Izel really listens to what you want. She is meticulous both in applying colour & blowdrying. Definitely recommend her :)
