I went this morning to a pre-booked appointment which I had already changed from 6 weeks to 8 weeks after my previous one. My hair really only needed a fringe trimming so rather than cut off more for the sake of it, we agreed to postpone for another few weeks. This demonstrates the true meaning of providing a service! Charlotte is amazing, she somehow knows exactly what I want and she is very nice and helpful. I really enjoy the head massage when she washes my hair. Again, when she brushed my hair and i couldnt believe how quickly she did it without pulling my hair! At the end she styled my hair and it still holds after few hours, my hair usually goes flat after an hour, but i still have beautiful locks. I highly reccomend Charlote!

Charlotte was amazing! She is extremley patient and understanding, I was not helpful when she asked what haircut i had in mind but yet she managed to give me exacly what i wanted! Loved the head massage when she washed my hair and i have no idea how she managed to brush my hair with ease and so quickly as normally it tangles a lot. She made me feel welcome and she was very nice. I cant wait to see her again!

I had a fab experience throughout my entire visit to claygate academy. I had an ombré service on my hair and Charlotte was lovely throughout and I’m so pleased with the out come. I’ve been coming to Academy for about 9-months now. I’ve had my hair cut and blow dried by Charlotte and Leanne. Always walk out happy. Great value, very friendly service and massage chair ?. Charlotte and Leanne always spend time asking what I need and want. They listen.

Everyone in the salon is friendly, positive, helpful and talented. I have tried all the hair salons in the area and this by far is this best. They often have good deals, I always walk away feeling great after visiting the Academy and I am picky! Leanne is my usual hairdresser and couldn’t recommend her any higher!
