Vinnie was lovely, calm and kind. Listened to what my 14 yr old daughter had in mind/ seen on social media and advised her very sensibly according to her actual hair/ what would work best for her. My daughter is thrilled with her new look. I am very happy as it will be manageable for her, she has a style she loves which she can work with.
