Very pleased with hair cut and styling, Kelly is very knowledgeable and nice. It was lovely to sit and relax for a bit and feel pampered. I have rebooked for colour as I feel confident that will also be done well.

My nails have been in so much better condition since I started to go to Danielle. Wether it be shellac or file and polish she always does a fantastic job. and is really friendly as is everyone at the salon and I always look forward to a visit.

As always very pleasurable experience and hair came out just as i wanted it dyed and also got some advice on highlights! Talia was friendly as always and did an awesome blow dry which was a bit different but amazing! Will be returning soon!

The service was amazing and John is a true miracle worker. He cut off about 8in of my hair and I've never looked better. Definitely will recommend to my friends! Love you guys!

I always look forward to my hair appointment. I get to sit down for 2.5 hours! I always get treated beautifully and Meryl does a FABULOUS head massage! Always good x

We have been clients of Academy for 13 years. This particular appointment that my daughter had was an extremely unpleasant one. My daughter came home with hair cut to an uneven length and was upset by the manner in which she had been treated by *****. I was told that ***** was in a huge rush and at one point combed over my daughter's eye very roughly. It hurt my daughter and could have caused a serious injury to her eye. We complained to the salon and they arranged for John to redo my daughter's hair. He had to wash and cut it again as it had been done so badly. John was lovely but I didn't get an apology from the manager. I am still shocked that my daughter who has been coming g to you since she was five, had such an an awful experience with one of your hairdressers. Totally unacceptable and utterly disappointing.

My stylist John is fantastic! Best haircut ever. Highly recommend him. Everyone is very friendly at the Cobham salon.

I had an appointment which I had booked online for 5pm. I received a text reminder telling me it was 4pm. I called the salon to say I had booked online and was sure I had booked for around 5. They weren't very helpful and I eventually had to cancel my appointment as I was unable to make 4pm. When I got home and checked the screenshot I had taken of my booking and the email confirmation I had received, both confirming my appointment at 5pm. I called the salon back to tell them and the lady I spoke to really didn't care and wasn't apologetic at all. She sounded like she was sitting at the other end of the phone rolling her eyes. When I asked her how this could happen she said she didn't know and would have to call the it people who could look at the details of the booking. She said she would call me back Monday. Needless to say - no phone call. I understand computer systems go wrong sometimes and I would even understand if someone had changed the appointment and forgotten to tell me. However, I don't understand poor customer service and I dont want to return to the salon.

John is an outstanding hairdresser. Speaking as a guy you know someone is good when you like the cut and then do it consistently the same each time. He's also a pleasure to chat too. Highly recommended.
