Owen rescued my hair from a near disaster across the road and I am eternally grateful. In my younger days I was a professional musician and also did some professional modelling, fashion and editorial, so I have worked with some amazing stylists over the years. Just because something says that it is luxury it doesn’t mean that it is…in fact, if you have to put it in the title, then it probably isn’t. I love this Salon’s ethos of inclusivity and equality. I have now been for my second appointment and even my mother commented how amazing my hair looked, without knowing that I had been for an appointment. She commented “you can tell he’s a real artist.” Well deserved praise and Elysios has not been voted Surrey’s best salon for nothing.

I finally took the plunge and changed my blond locks to brunette which I know is tricky when your actual hair is silver - but Nicola did a brilliant job and I love my new shade which is the most beautiful rich brown. She was quick and thorough too - very happy thank you!

It was a great first experience and I will definitely be going back, Nicola was great, I went in for a blow dry and she suggested trying some curls which I absolutely loved.
The salon is relaxing and you feel good leaving and the cute dogs definitely put a smile on your face.

Went to Elysios for the first time and was seen by the lovely Becky. She was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a thoughtful consultation about what was likely to suit my hair before giving me one of the best cut and styles I have had in a long time. Amber was also warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Came in with my niece for a total colour change of her hair. Becky went above and beyond to talk through all colours and the process with her to set her mind at ease. Owen is a genius with hair. I have severely neglected my hair for years and Owen has worked his magic and restored it back to how it was 20 years ago.

Owen’s techniques, experience and advice has always been spot on for me and my hair. I have thick hair, exercise a lot so it can be dry, and am really fussy about colour. Owen just knows how to get a result that gets me lots of compliments ! And the shine and softness lasts! Highly recommend. Service at the salon is amazing too!

Having a colour appointment with Owen is a breath of fresh air! He is so incredibly knowledgeable (literally has qualifications coming out of his ears!) He listens, he advises and he gives you options with an honest and unbiased view. Oh and you’ll leave feeling fantastic!

Another fabulous colour from the Maestro Owen. Instead of simply low lighting my sun bleached hair which would have taken way more time, likely damaged my hair and cost me a lot more Owen cleverly painted triangles of my root colour under specific sections of hair.. The guy is a genius and I love it.

Discovering Owen at Elysios has been one of the biggest game changers of my life! How often do you come across a hairdresser who majored in Chemistry so knows exactly what they’re talking about?! I have a life long allergy to all hair dyes but rather than turning me away as untreatable, Owen took on the challenge to find a solution. And he did! Now my hair is back to looking luscious and glamorous every time I step out of the salon!

If you have blonde hair and that ‘natural’ white that happens as you age … Owen has figured out how to cover it naturally and NOT have to colour your hair bi-weekly! All with natural highlights and no regrowth!

My daughter had a lovely treatment and the beautiful complimentary hand spa and eye mask was a lovely touch

With a Chemistry Masters (and a couple of other degrees) under his belt, it’s no exaggeration to say with Owen and team you are in skilled hands when it comes to colouring less than straightforward hair. With previous colourists I’d inevitably end up with an unnatural and let’s face it age revealing copper hue after a few sessions but with Owen’s qualification backed understanding of hair and hair colouring products I can safely say this has never been an issue. I’m actually surprised Elysios doesn’t have paparazzi permanently sat outside poised to snap the steady stream of instagram ready luscious locks that swish out the salon, turning heads as they go on their ‘couldn’t be happier’ way.

Owen cuts my hair & is consistently brilliant and today met Sfiah who put everyone at ease, chat was effortless and felt proper pampered. All the team checked in with me during my time in the salon & the whole experience was lush.

Owen has created such a lovely and relaxed environment in his salon, whilst always providing the best results. His passion for hairdressing is consistently apparent in each and every appointment (you'll get a bitesize science lesson here and there!). He maintains the upmost professionalism and is considerate to your needs. He certainly had a lot of patience with my indecisiveness.

Owen is a really kind and genuine character through and through. I always look forward to catching up with him in his impeccable and serene setting.
