I had my hair tinted by Kim, which turned out just right, and then I had my hair washed and conditioned by the young lady, who was so nice and attentive. Then John cut and blowdried my hair - the result - just what I wanted! All in all very professional team.

So freindly and always so pleased with my colour and haircut Kim is a ture star! Wouldnt go anywhere else to get my hair done ....and the young girl who washed and gave me a wonderful head massage top marks thank you all .....

John gives a great haircut although not the cheapest. He is the owner though …the salon is clean and well looked after.

I've been a customer of John for a very long time and from the moment I walk through the door, I'm made to feel welcome and valued, but most importantly, the care and attention he gives to my ever-greying hair is faultless. The coffee's not bad either.

Just had another cut and colour with John and Hayley and really can’t fault them in anyway. They always do exactly what I want and I always love my hair afterwards. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks also to Michelle for the great service.

I had a haircut with John to chop of 3 quarters of my hair and loved it - not only 24 hours later realizing I wanted to go even shorter! Came in 2 days later to get another amazing haircut with Kim. Looking forward to return to keep up the style!

John is brilliant. He's creative, looks at what suits your face, hair texture, and your face. He also pays such attention to detail and my visits are always such an oasis in a busy life.

As always Kim provides an excellent service, my highlights are never streaky and I’m always happy with the result. I’m also very happy with John’s cut. I tend just to tell him how much I’d like taken off and leave him to style the rest to suit me. I’m really happy with my new shoulder length hair.

I have been going to Toni & Guy in Epsom for a number of years now. I recently had my two colours and hair cut by stylist Haley. It always looks really stylish but more important the colour and cut are to perfection. Many people comment on how lovely my hair looks. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. Staff are really friendly and greet you like an old friend which is wonderful. I like being pampered even at the age of 67 lol

Had my hair cut with Ellie, very pleased with how it looks! Very polite, charming and understood what I wanted to do with the cut. She is definitely a credit to the team! Salon was tidy, clean and they’re still following COVID guidelines. Will definitely be returning.

Kim was amazing, bubbly & friendly was the best hair cut I've ever had. Made me feel really comfortable and was thoughtful about my eczema on my scalp.

I've always had a lovely experience here. Hayley in particular is great and helped me decide on a colour for my hair. Great covid protocols still, with masks still being worn and tools being sanitised between clients.
