Wonderful relaxing experience as usual! Kierah knows exactly what to do so I can trust her implicitly. Lovely head maddage and cup of tea!!!

An overall lovely experience and my hair looked great and still is 4 days later,

I'm loving the finished result but then I always do. The colour is fantastic and the cut too. All the staff are always so helpful and professional in their craft and there's always a lovely friendly atmosphere in the salon. I would highly recommend Charley Brown's and in particular Charlotte.

I had a really good visit yesterday, Clair did my colour and Charlotte gave me a thorough wash and treatment, and Claire’s cut and blow dry was lovely am very pleased.

Always a joy to have my hair appointment with Charlie. Not only does she give me a fabulous cut, she makes me laugh and feel so much better whatever my mood was going in.

Clare is a brilliant hairdresser for cut and colour.

Claire is so accommodating I am mid way between colour and cut and my fringe seemed to have a growth Spurt. A quick call to the salon and Claire was able to fit me in. She did a great job.

Clare has been cutting my hair for years and I'm always pleased not only does she listen but will advise if I ask!¡!! Also due to COVID she has looked after the clients but also the safety of the staff

Foils coming out painful !!
Shampooing Hair Painful after foils come out !!
Need Foils taken out slower!! May not hurt as much !! This is the bit a dread having Done !! Must be really sensitive!! Sorry although Eden does gentle foils out, Gentle hair wash and Excellent Treatment i miss having Done. With Eden.
Very quiet music very low ! Love hospitality of Coffee. Friendly atmosphere.
Thats the only part Natasha needs to work on sorry. More Gentle taking foils out and Shampooing Hair. Longer scalp massage although to short and scalp sensitive from foils out and shampooing. Seams bit rushed and that use to be my favourite time.
Sorry to get knots out ?? Are you supposed to Brush from bottom and work your way up to scalp so not to drag knots from scalp to bottom!! Rather than brush from scalp to bottom!! Hair was knotty!!

Overall love how you get the foils right near my scalp when highlighting and love my Colour !! Love our feed back on length!! Love all that. Natasha is polite, focused on the Task however just needs tweeking with more gentle approach with Foils out and Shampooing. May be i will book in a Treatment too to see if this is gentle experience? I miss this part of my Salon experience!! Love the Cost this time.
